Dear members on Thursday August 7, if you could take a few minutes of your precious/hectic/working day and send SHWP to our member Alysia, would be greatly appreciated for the good of all. Anytime during that day is fine.

Can't find the link for the 3 x3 breath gathering at the moment; but sure someone will point us in the right direction.. I know there a description here somewhere.

1-Gather 3 x 3 breath from below and above;
2 Bring/gather energies in to your heart area, let it expand/ filling your entire body and mind/soul.
3-Intent to send it to the name chose (Alysia) this time; and let guidance/universe takes care of the rest. Energy flows where the intend goes.

Hi all. hey there R. what surprised me about Romain is all I said to him was I was going thru a personal problem.

he is somehow an empathic person. this should not surprise me. or I think Bets has something to do with it. Some of us work in PM's. for the health of us all. Bets does. I don't usually. I appreciate everyone here.

Before some of you were here, Romain and I were here; seems like so long ago. Romain had a dream/obe, he posted it here.
He described somebody in a cave I think, and a group of people around. when I read his dream I immediately got a buzz off of it, that I was in it. In the dream he offered me guidance. As I read I became bonded in spirit to Romain. now he has my signal and I have his.

slowly over the years, we gain each other's signal, meaning we are shown signs how we are really are all one vast entity, entertaining notions that we are separate individuals.

so somehow, Romain knows when I'm ranting, or when I'm showing PUL.  I think he does this for everyone though, not just me.

It's not so much I'm over here in pain, or something like that, it's more like growing pains, like you watch a baby trying to walk and falling over and getting back up until they get their balance..there's things we go through spiritually like that analogy, and Bets knows a little bit about what I'm discussing.

I'm very happy still for this thread, and the action Bruce took to put it up. thanks everyone! hang in! we be shifting!

Is this the Carolyn used to be here years ago, and helps me do dream interpretations? and has 2 grown sons? and was it you dreamed of being taken aboard a spaceship and shown how it works?
