While continuing my pinecone quest, I came upon

which uses geometry to build a pinecone-like shape on its 'octocube' page.

That site makes no mystic or spiritual connections. It seems like it's just having fun with the geometric structure.
But if you look at the three-dimensional models of the 'octocube', its geometric purity may be  theraputic for your third eye. ( It was for mine.)
In this way it's similiar to the sacred technology (the 'Diamond Alignmen') link that Alan gave us on another thread.

Regarding the title, I'm not Catholic, by the way.  I'm just intrigued by that church's use of the symbol since they've persecuted so many. I'm just wonderring.
