So, could you lot tell me how exactly you managed to achieve doing this? And how long for you, did it take to get results?? What's it like, perceiving the Afterlife, when you're not using your physical body??
I've experienced a lot of paranormal things in the past two-three years, so, this feels like the logical step for me to understand more.

Welcome Alex. right place, right time! we all have the same advice about the resources right here on the board in conjunction with your hemisync and books.
your first question is an assumption that we have achieved something you haven't. yet you explain you have experienced a lot of paranormal things. so you see, you are one of us, most likely standing in the same place we are. to share a bit, I started opening to this pathway back in 1999 by more attention focused on retrievals basically, but when I began reviewing my life and memories, I saw my "path" actually began even before my birth into this life.
I like to answer your specific questions as you related them, but I must be brief. I tend to get too wordy. u next ask how long before getting results? If I just consider my concentrated efforts into doing retrievals, I could say the practice of doing conscious retrievals took approximately 6 months before I began a series of belief system crashes which opened me to more awareness of the afterlife.
as Lia mentions the NEW exercise was a direct catalyst to gaining a knowing within this area. but its an ongoing thing..you never reach a point where it stops. I mean the expansion, the learning and growing.
then u ask what's it like? experiencing or perceiving out of body the afterlife.
Dude here on his thread could shed some light. I'd say off hand perceiving is different than knowing. perception is a clue in the right direction. part of that process I mentioned. as far as surfing around without the weight of the physical body, it's a floaty sensation. as far as phasing, which is not obe style, it's a feeling, sensing perceptional quality of being in two places at the same time.
glad you came here btw, please make yourself comfortable; its no mistake you came here. love, alysia
