I really thought this was a nice way of pictorializing. Its made understandable for newbies.
I had gotten this off of one of the sites from yesterday evenings venture on that ITC website.
I found interesting that the vibrations / frequencies can be directly linked to the aura which one carrys about and am still trying to grasp that so many souls can be found in the "darker" earthly near sector. What Focus number do these carry?

(I dont know if this can be made larger to see the words on the steps, but its really neat to remind one of the daily loving do`s that we should really "do"..lol.. instead of the do-do that we do! (lol)
