Welcome Jammy, sounds like the beginning of obe  let us know how it goes please? I managed to wake up while body asleep (focus 10) last night, or early this morning just after reading about and thinking about obes in another astral travel book I have acquired.

I felt my astral body move as I commanded it to get out of bed. however it only shifted away a bit from the physical...then it was too much struggle to unglue the thing, so I didn't want to force things, but I had to let you guys know, it's not that hard to do. start thinking easy.

but start thinking mainly persistent if this is something you're interested in. also doing a retrieval can produce an obe situation very easy.
