Hi Dee,
I also believe it was a premonition, however also, could be connected to a wake up call. If your baby girl was starrtled by the "dream" in itself, then her Guides whom as we know are in the afterlife - may be trying to "show her by example" that there is more than meets the eyes and ears of our side of the universe, so they arranged something which would "make her definately think". But anyway - it is great that she has a new friend - a healthy amount of caution with new friends is always a good thing too. Hope that you speak to your daughter that merely because she dreamed of the meeting of a new friend and it then happened, that she doesnt go over board, but rather heed this as a notion to educate herself on sprituality.
Hugs,
Nanner

Deanna, I think it is quite normal to have some concerns and fears when a child growes up and starts to move away from the home nest. In this case off to collage. I interpret the dream as positive. Perhaps a sign of a new life. Meeting new people in a new place. This Mary could be someone connected spiritually to her and that may be why the dream.  On the other hand, I am not surprised she met someone called Mary. There are a lot of girls with that name. What I think is possible is, that by you showing fear about the dream or situation will only have a negative result on her. If she's old enough to go off to collage, shes old enough to start to have her own life and to make some of her own decisions about who she wants to have as friends. Most important is how the dream makes her feel. How she interrupts it. Not how you or I do. Wasen't our dream was it. It may mean nothing to her. Just a dream. Its easy to see that you love her very much.

This is how the universe repays us, Deanna. It took me a little while to figure it out, honestly, because it looked like a negative occurence, on the surface.

On the surface.

I was pulling out of the parking garage at my place of employment. I sat in my car trying to decide which exit lane to use. There was plenty of time. Eventually, I picked the right lane. Never, in the 13 year duration of the time I have owned my car have I had an accident, only two minor "bumps" in garages that amounted to nothing.

So, here I am in another garage.

I turned into the exit lane and found myself confined with no escape... because I had grazed the barrier pole between the exit card machine and my car. It had passed the rear left side in such a manner that it scraped in a sickening way.

I could not exit. I was trapped in a bizarre angle, and the curves of the car made it impossible for me to diagnose the problem.

I saw a young woman standing outside of the office area and yelled, I need help! Several times.

She came, the angel of my life today. She hardly knew what to do any more than I did. She seemed dumbfounded. I kept insisting that I needed a tow truck and she finally admitted a tow truck could do nothing for me.  She guided me.

I steered, and she guided. We created an opening where there was no opening. We did it together.

She told me, back up, when I had no idea what to do and would try anything. She clarified my problem for me.

Eventually, I was free. I thanked her profusely.

Later, I realized, and just now I realize, I was like a spider caught in its own web, and she was a radiant being who saved me.

Can I now tell you that a very important person was waiting for me, who was ill, and who was standing out in the cold hoping that his path would be made easier?

I made it in time.

love, blink Smiley

p.s. although the door handle was smashed several times, and although there is a large gash in the side of my car....no worries.

The door handle still works perfectly, and for a 13 year old car...a "beauty mark" or two only adds character. Smiley
