Each time, the action I was physically doing triggered a flash in my mind... An image from an non-physical experience... This "flash" was actually the déja vu experience. I always feel mystified about those experiences and I don't know how to interpreted them.

These visits by your souls are recorded into your temporal lobe and resurface as the deja vu experience. alan
