Dood, etc,

It's nice to have the book topic up here where people notice it, and to refresh their memories that there is a Book Forum.  Smiley

I better go reread some of Bruce's to get ready for discussions! Smiley
Back to the books !

hi dood, I think we're in the right place with this thread but you're right we have so many rooms here it's hard to figure out where to put what. Bruce and Rosalie established this forum for us, so since he wrote 5 books, this is the main topic room and you are on topic.

I noticed the lizard topic got moved is all but can still be read in the off topics. I suppose lizard and afterlife just doesn't go together!  Smiley

OK...thank you!
BTW: I started reading my 'second book' then realized after I was into it for a while it was the THIRD book.  (DOH!)
Well, I am sticking with this one and I will read the second book later.  I did the same thing with Monroe's set of books too.
This one is really 'into it' and I can't put it down.
I am glad to see Bruce has a temper and writes about it. hehe!
I have one too and I am glad to see someone not afraid to share that bit of info about themselves.
In his situation I would have been TICKED OFF too....Cheesy

I will not 'spoil it' for anyone that has not read the books.  No real details from me. Would not be nice or fair to the person that is looking to read these.
Plus, what *I* get out of these books can be totally different then what someone else can get out of them.

OK..that is cool too. Thanks. I didn't think of it that way.
If by refreshing people's memories about Bruce and the fact he actually WROTE a book or 5 then so be it.
If I can help Bruce out by racking up a few sales then that is cool by me.
No harm in that.  He needs to live just like the rest of us.  They are not very expensive either.
I do know my wife didn't buy them from Bruce or they would have been signed...Dag-Nab-it! hehe!

However, I am just thankful that they are AVAILABLE to us.
Think of it...just a few short years ago books of this nature were very thin.
We live in a 'Enlighten Age' that is for sure.  People are asking questions and rejecting the 'Old School Answers'.

Don't worry Dood, I don't think this thread is in the wrong place.  I only piped up about using the book forum in case you have something specific to talk about from one of the books.  I try to get topics going there and usually get a few responses but not as many as I'd like.  I really don't hear about very many here who are currently reading Bruce's books!  It's good to hear someone sharing their enthusiasm like you and I'm sure Bruce appreciates to hear it too!

So are you saying you accidentally skipped book 2 and went onto 3?  We'll you're in for a real treat with book 2, I liked it best with all the personal stories he shares in it.  But I feel like I just keep saying the same things over and over.  I look forward to hearing what other people think.  Bruce knows what I feel about him and his teachings so I don't need to keep complimenting him.

I just like helping get others interested in the books too.  Ok, but here's one more compliment that feels appropriate.  I do love his personal style of writing.  He doesn't pander to anybody, just does his own thing.  You can really feel his personality and nature come through the pages.  Since I'm working on my own book and trying to perfect my own style, I do look up to Bruce and admire his natural charm and self expression.  When I get stuck on how I want to come across saying something in my own writing, I kind of secretly ask myself, well how would Bruce say it?  Now there's  a real compliment, eh Bruce?  Roll Eyes

Thanks Vicky...
I am not 'worried' about this thread being here.
I just wanted to make sure I was doing the correct thing.

I finished book 3 and guess what? I started 4. hehe!
I will get back to book 2 but now I am on a quest since in am in that frame of reference from book 3.
I don't own 5 yet so I will have to go back to book 2.

These are actually wirtten so you don't 'have' to read them in order.
Just by reading Robert Monroe's books give you an edge.  I am sure you know that though.

I would highly enjoy meeting Bruce face to face at some point.  Err..3D face I mean. I am sure he gets enough of that and it can be draining.
I would probably annoy him with questions. However, I would ask questions of a nature of details to how things look and feel.
Also, I would ask more questions on the Alien beings too.  What these beings know about beings already here in the 3D on Earth and their relation to us and our governments.
That isn't hard to figure out since I started a UFO thread here. I am firm in my belief there is more then meets the eye on that score here on Earth.
I would ask about tech like stuff.  Like I mentioned before about how things might have 'looked' in the 19th,18th,11th century in Focus 27.
Sure...NOW it is Big Screens and holodecks.  Back then what was it?
Reading about it is one thing.  Listening to someone tell you is more enlightening/exciting to me anyways.
He comes off to me like a regular guy that I would bump into waiting in line at a store, movie, gas station, etc.
A quite regular guy.

You are correct, Bruce's style is easy to read. He is dead honest and very human with his writing.
As if we were sitting together having coffee and a smoke. His temperment is real to me. I can fully relate with him not getting a direct answer.
That would drive me up a wall.  I like to read honest things like losing your temper or controling sexual urges and of course money worries.  It is human. It is real life.

I have come to 'like' Bruce Moen.  Not as some guru but, as a regular human being that makes mistakes and then can admit to them.
Then of course he learned from all of that.
He is courageous.  It takes some balls to drop his job and push onward. How many of us can say that?  Not me.

Well I've been friends with Bruce about 3 years now, and yeah he's a regular guy.  He's easy going, funny, and loves to talk.  Every once in a while I still need to pick his brain about stuff too.  So don't hold back asking him questions.  He enjoys it.  Especially if you post him questions here, I think it gives him a reason to write in here and keep the site going along its intended lines.

Thanks Vicky.
I am not one to hold back but, I don't want to be a pest either.
I am sure there are answers to some of my questions already.
I just haven't found them yet.
I have noticed that he is always talking to people in the books while EATING!
Dag-Nab-It that makes me hungry all the time. Cheesy
I have also noticed he eats what I like to eat. Eggs, Bacon, Toast, and coffee.
That doesn't seem to interfere with his ability to OBE at all.
The foods he eats I mean.
He even smokes or did while writing his books and that didn't seem to interfere either.

I firmly believe it is what is 'thought' that counts as to how well you OBE.
Not so much what you eat.

On another note I am wondering if Bruce is going to travel into the Mid West States anytime this year.
Like MICHIGAN perhaps?  hehe! That would be cool.

EDIT: I still think Bruce should have a Sketch Artist draw some of his friends at his Focus 27 spot...

hi Dood, you can get up four or five others and request Bruce to do a seminar there in Michigan. email him for the procedure if you're interested. Last I heard the group would pay for his airfare and the cost of the seminar. Bruce, are you still traveling around like this?
I think I read of an august 2008 seminar in China?

He might want to relax for awhile! if so, I'll shut up! Undecided

Hi Dood,

In 2000, not having been raised with computers, I had no desire to find out what all the fuss was about, but my husband did. So we got the first of several and it didn't take me long to find TMI on the www, and that led me to Bruce's site. I will never forget that moment when I knew I had finally found a way to explore without having to go the OBE route. All kinds of bells started going off and I came close to get a speeding ticket when I sped to Barnes & Noble to get his first book.

Enjoy, Dood.

Much love,

Ginny

GINNY! Hello.
I feel that I 'know you' so to speak.
Alysia is correct I have been reading your archived accounts.
Way coool....to coin a outdated phrase. Wink
Also on the Astral Pulse with Frank. (Where is Frank by the way...any idea?)
I found his 'Phasing Thread' very helpful.
I haven't jumped in to a scene yet but, I see some cool stuff with my eyes closed.  hehe!

Yes the Internet is a valuable tool for many people in the last 10-15 years.
This is why I am a firm believer in 'Net Neutrality'.
Link: http://savetheinternet.com/  <--BTW: Just Do It Smiley

Anyways, welcome back and do stay as long as you like.
You got some juicy new 'travels' to share?

Also Alysia....you go Off-Topic as much as you want dear.
Especially in any thread I start.
How many times have we looked up something on the Net for example and ended up at a totally different outcome then we were planning for?
I do that ALL the time.  Being Off-Topic is Dead On as far as I am concerned.
My middle name should be Off-Topic.
My Mom named me Brett for my middle name and then told me they misspelled it and it should have been Brat. haha!

I am about third the way into Bruce's 4th book.
I didn't get to read any last night.
I was realy tired from my first week back to work.
So I tried a Binaural Beat CD I made from the internet as I laid down to sleep.
Didn't work as I planned but, it did open up my 3rd eye and I saw some cool morphing 'things'.
It is the quick changing 'faces' that perplex me.  Who and what are those 'people'?
Guides, Helpers, Family, Friends, Enemies? (I had to add that last one...never know)

Well, this is cool.  Ginny is here. This forum is really kicking into gear.
I have invited a few people from other forums to join up or at least lurk.

This should be a Good Day today!

EDIT: Alysia and Ginny, if you ever want to you are allowed by me to talk to me while sleeping.  Even fire that PUL at me if you want.  Maybe that will alert me to remembering my dreams anyways.
I have had a real hard time remembering any dreams.
I know I have been working overtime at night while sleeping. Boy, do I ever know that much.
As soon as I wake up I sense very vivid dreams but, they disappear like a puff of smoke as soon as my eyes open.
I would like to sense this PUL.  I want to see if it reminds me of 'things' better.

Hmm...Except I don;t sit cross legged.  I can't bend one of my legs that way in the 3D anyways.
We will see down the road.  This dreaming of mine has increased.  I have been 'busy'.

I think it very significant your dreaming has increased..it shows you have been very busy assimilating in C1, processing info. we just never stop thinking even when we're asleep. if you remember any dreams at all, please post a few on the dream section, u know how I love working with dream symbols. thanks! love, alysia
