Dear Blink, yes it would not be fun or heaven if we had to listen to the cries of those in a lost enernity. That would not be heavenly at all. We are buffeted from worry in that place of peace and joy.

It is god who deals with the dark cold and bleaf and we will be separated from those existing in the lower reals.
