Hey thats nice `bout Virginians coming to Germany!
Is it  your first time?
You`ve got the "Tschuss" downpat! GREAT! Smiley When you get here start saying: "Frohes Weihnachtsfest" and smile at everyone and it will be returned.
Welcome, Welcome and Welcome!  Grin

Can you give me the phonetic pronunciation of that greeting?  I will practice it!

We've been in Germany several times before and always enjoy it.  Last time we took a train from K town to Baden Baden and loved the spas.

Yeah right, like I look that stupid to make myself look like jack-butt trying to formulate phonetically...lol.. Do you have any idea how I would make the "phonetic pronunciation"look like in sylables??.... Grin - You are toooo funny! No No I`d opt to help my new friend by sending them to a much more qualified URL : http://www.bbc.co.uk/languages/german/quickfix/

Happy learning, my new friend,
Nanner
