How to enter other realities and dimensions while conscious and awake

Your body and spirit are not separate and one can inter another dimension or reality by being transformed by the divine light.

To do this you must meditate and open a portal to other dimensions, indeed you can go through the door of eternity, the door that leads away from time and fear.

Sit quietly in comfort and go into very deep meditation. Pull all your emotion together in your mind and imagine that you are projecting them from your heart into an invisible portal that you can only see in your minds eye, somwhere in front of you.

When you feel you body begin to fill with energy and flood out of your heart, you will see and area of light begin to form in your minds eye about five to ten feet from your body.

Don’t try to see the light with your eyes at first. Wait and you will slowly begin to notice light from your chest area disappearing into a glowing portal,slowely formingin front of you... Be patient

The portal or door should appear to be hovering and forming, the light you are projection from yourself will begin to be sucked into the portal or door. Then banish fear and allow the portal to take, mortal body, mind and spirit  into other beautiful realms of existence.

You will know you are at the correct portal by the beautiful peace and love you feel.

If you achieve this rather advanced  movement, please let me and the forum know what you experienced on the other side.

I always love these things that purport to tell us how to have wonderful experiences, and then begin with, "Go into a very deep meditation".

Somehow I suspect that going into a very deep meditation in the first place would suffice.

Or maybe I should just fire up the nargila.

Last night while falling 'asleep' I was laying there just 'looking'. With my eyes closed of course. I was really working on the Phasing that Frank Kepple speaks of.  I was laying there and my 3rd eye was 'rockin'.  hehe!
I was feeling like I was flying over fields or areas.  It was pretty neat. I was staying relaxed and allowing whatever to just happen....

THEN...

I started getting that dry skin itch I always get in the winter time.  After scratching my itches then I lost my 'view'.

Alan, is this your own writing? was just wondering if it came from another.
I believe whoever it came from, it's a good technique, to draw energy into the heart chakra when exploring. all my explorations, the ones I remember that is, had the heart chakra involved, intermingled with the intention to sail forth.
you may be having these experiences because you're heart is very open; that may be why we are receiving many posts from you because your cycle period of growth is now upon you. I went thru some cycles like this starting in 2002.

I can see you are surely on a roll. I wonder if you can increase your memory of these trips? that is where I am working on the details too.

I'm with you Dave, I do not see light portals. I think some of us are more visual oriented? you described something visual yourself. just rambling here. I'm more auditory inclined myself. can sometimes get the writing on the wall sort of idea, letters, numbers.
I have asked not to see spirits. I don't see them then. its bugging to see a flashing face before you can ID them. lol.  I have. but don't think its necessary, for me.

I did see some light once during a retrieval and there was an explosion of light. the way I was shown it, I dissolved, so did the retrievee, into this light. but I was placed in position symbolically above his head. as this explosion occurred I turned into the portal and pulled him into me. from this experience I deduced that you and I and everyone is the Light. definition of light is energy particles, right?
