on one hand, i see this as one more step in our incredibly dumb "war on drugs."

on the other hand, the examples in this article are really interesting.  it would be really neat to pull up a report on your city and see how many of which drugs people are taking.   but it could lead to some crazy stuff, like tons of police raiding one city that has heavy drug traffic.
