Thank you  I'll try that - the asking for someone to help me when I'm ready type thing, and not so much just "opening up" and letting anyone who feels like it talk to me. Yes, I've felt like you describe at times, but fairly rarely and it passes. Sorry you have too, but I dare say it's not uncommon, unfortunately. Thing is not to act on it, as you can't know how life will look later on down the line when situations and your outlook might have changed.
