do u like my hat?  Cool  I think all dreams are worth taking a look at, as dismissing them as to say most or many are just the brain regurgitating the days events, if you do this, to dismiss so easily, our internal guidance cannot work thru dreams as you have put up a block to learning about yourself by dismissal. you subconscious likes to comply with whatever your wishes are, and you will forget your dreams even before you remember them in the morn.

lucid dreaming is by degree, to my perception. different levels. many people who obe at first find themselves in the lucid area and then jump into the obe, so thats what I mean by degrees. This area of phasing, which is mind awake, body asleep can be experienced in the dreamstate, and that is why the similarities are there, with afterlife conditions, to be moving about in a different, more fluid type body, which however, to the dreamer, or the one who has transitioned, the body appears solid.
this I discovered for myself during a retrieval. her body was solid, as I touched it; I was so shocked to awareness of her reality and mine, that I nearly forgot to maintain her attention for the retrieval.

if dreams do not make sense for you yet, you have to start somewhere, so writing them down will tend to jog your memory even more. then later in the day re-reading them you can often pick up even more insight than you thought, as the dream lives in the subconscious, and one must learn to tap these layers by focusing on what was given.

I was using a tape recorder for awhile. I became pleasantly introduced to myself when I played it back. I found out what a playground these areas are when interacting with the others in my dreams or obes which are slowly becoming the same thing, as well, the playground of beliefs is where the afterlife is. it is peopled. it is friendly there, but there are also some conflicts with others to work out, as well there is here on Earth too.
the connections between our thoughts and actions here on Earth, and what outpictures within dream area is a very thin line. The two worlds are indeed not as separate as it does appear.

interestingly Dave brings up the radio receptor concept. the human does has this capacity to receive signals. these signals are in the air, and we of necessity must put up a filter, otherwise we would recieve to much of the noise factor and blow a circuit. it has nothing to do with me being psychic or anybody being psychic, it is our capacity to receive signals is all, that we are saying, I am open to receive this signal, then it is like a choice.
this goes along with what I'm reading in Bruce's books about the brain and it's
conductor capacity, it's electric signal processor apart from it's interpretor capacity. the interpretor is another story.

to tell a little story of my own, I received as this radio thing, several times direct voice over my life, it is rather shocking, however, I have read some upon another person who from birth constantly receives the thoughts of others and amazingly, he is surviving and not in the nut house.
two such incidences, I finally figured out what caused me to turn into a radio headset. it was in regards to my behavior and attitude with others, 2 separate individuals who were in my life. so it was personal, not world related, it was for my asking, and my growth but I still did not expect to hear direct voice, or what was called clairaudience in olden day.
in the 2nd incidence, I was trying to negotiate a win win situation and sort of invited it by asking what the other party thought I had done wrong..the result was a point by point discourse, in this fellow's voice listing his grievances against me..after hearing them I was able to apologize to him as I seen through his eyes, so to speak, as if he were in the room. the apology worked to dispell all the negative energy between us, so that neither of us would carry that into life.
its not that I had done something wrong at all, but to his perception I had been to blame for his troubles. somebody had to make the buck stop, so I knew exactly what to do and it worked.
I would not say he was there in the room physically, but all his grievances against me were collected in some storage area of the universe, and when I asked for them I became that radio set. this can trouble a person to be a radio set, but I got over it by learning to laugh a bit, the dramas we can get ourselves into without even trying!
the whole experience made me aware how important it is to communicate fully to others and not be assuming things. it used to be it was just too much effort to talk things out. so I'm explaining that we get psychic experiences when we are earnestly trying to grow spiritually and not wrack up the karma and the negativity to drag with us into our future.
and sumation if we can be psychic or get signals in our waking consciousness as I did, there is no reason to assume when our body is sleeping and we are dreaming, that we cannot receive signals at that time also, and then we call it a dream perhaps, it is more than just a dream.
and when we get to discussing personal interpretations it gets a bit more sticky there. perhaps like Dave implied, attitude towards anything we begin to focus on is the most important ingredient to these new areas of exploration.
and think about the perceiver and the interpretor are like two different functions that need to work together.
love, alysia
