Not sure if this has been mentioned before (its a bit late and the search button just looks so far away).
Always wanted to load up on TMI's hemi-sync stuff, but I can't help but feel that my money might be better spent elsewhere (like mortgage payments). Came across this while searching for alternatives:
http://uazu.net/sbagen/After you install it, the best place to start is the folder "SBaGen <version> examples" which I found on my desktop. Scroll down until you find the focus-level files (focus-27-b, etc), throw on your headphones and then double click the file related to whatever focus level you want to "hear." Keep the volume level at around 20dB. In my initial excitement I cranked up the volume and listened for about 10 minutes, after which I had the pleasure of my ear drums turning normal everyday sounds into binaural beats for about 30 minutes.
I believe that TMI hemi-sync audio is binarual mixed with verbal guidance. Though I haven't done so yet, you could simulate this by playing one of Bruces' CD's while at the same time playing an appropriate focus-level file.
