I do not know exactly where to comment, so I shall post here.  I just ordered your "Afterlife Knowledge Guidebook" out of love for your message of empowerment and how it (The ultimate message I gleaned from the first series of books) has gone a long way to liberate me from the network of fear and to offer my own personal testimony to encourage everyone to "take a glimpse at the light", in a manner of speaking and unlock the vault to whatever your truth may be.

For A World Family,
Steve Edward

Hi guys. Guess your experience sounds very like mine since my Gateway (in Europe) last year Rob - snatches of seeing mixed with patches of inability to do so whether with or without use of hemi-sync.

Like Vicky and yourself I found the course such a high energy and uplifting experience - some initial blockage was followed by success in the exercises and by the end of the week I was seeing auras and having all sorts of unusual bits of spontaneous experience. Leaving for home really left a hole.

The capability has remained, but faded quite a lot and despite regular practice comes and goes. Not sure why as doubt hasn't consciously been an issue. It's more like that when I get busy or worried about stuff the resulting mental intensity blocks the feed. Another factor must be that a family home can't optimise the context in quite the way the Gateway did with a great course leader (Carol Sabick), great group, great location leading to a powerfully uplifting vibe.

It'd be great to hear some views on getting around this to accelerate progress - is it just a reflection of personal temperament, is it just a case of needing to keep on plugging away, or is a big lifestyle change needed? (like a multi year retreat, or semi retirement which isn't all that financially feasible)

Is it truly the case that a busy (normal?) life is likely to mean that progress remains a one step forward, 3/4 back affair and fairly slow....

Hello everyone!

For one thing, one of the most important parts to Bruce's workshop is his Feeling Love Exercise.  What Bruce will tell you is that if he could teach only one thing it would be feeling love.  Experiencing the feeling of love raises your perception beyond its normal limits.  I have found this to be true many times.  It's quite amazing how true this is.  As with most all of his teachings, I apply Bruce's principles to all our experiences in life, not just retrievals.  As I
Any one of you could use my experience above and remember to try it for yourself.  Anytime you are feeling crummy, sad, or depressed remember to work on remembering the feeling love exercise.  Another piece that goes along with this that Bruce taught in the workshop is that when you are projecting love to anyone, remember that you are only projecting the feeling of love, you are not projecting intention or will on anyone.  This is important in a couple ways.  I realized that true PUL comes with no strings attached.  And giving love this way instantly opens your perception beyond its normal limits.  It's very true!

Love,

Vicky

Hi Vicky/Rob;
Thank you for sharing your experiences.

Vicky; on the Feeling of Love; totally agree here.

You guys brought back lovely memories and tears to my eyes today, and seeing those pictures of our dear friend Bruce was icing on the cake...Smiley
Will take his course again just to see him in person again.
Much love guys

Hi all, thanks Vicky for the reminder about the love exercise. Bruce has said here a number of times that the apex of enlightenment is/would be if you meet someone and all they express is love, or PUL and nothing else.
then sometimes we can get into intense discussion what PUL is, but I just had to mention you did a fine explanation, surely cannot gild the lily, just giving you a pat on the back for being a fine writer who can get their point across gracefully. we all seem to be on track here.

love, alysia

Hi Everyone,

Steve – I think you’ll find Bruce’s Guidebook to be helpful.  I’ll single a few areas I found helpful.  Like TMI, Bruce has a preparatory process that relaxes you and gets you in touch with your energy field/body.  Once you get used to the process, both Bruce and TMI speed it up so it doesn’t take as long.  I find and perhaps this is because I did it first that Bruce’s approach was very helpful and I still use it before doing some of the exercises I learned at TMI because I go into them in a deeper more relaxed state.  That maybe my reaction.  Then  Bruce’s heart intelligence exercises and the feeling of love exercises really helped me to get in better touch with my emotional self.  Without that I don’t think I would have gained quite as much from the Gateway program or from Bruce’s workshop.  Those exercises helped me tamp down my tendency to analyze everything so that I could just accept the non-physical experiences I was having.  I can’t give them enough credit, though I do suggest getting the CDs if you can – it’s easier to let Bruce tell you what to do instead of using your C1 mind to keep trying to remember what’s the next step.  Though you can do it without the CDs, just takes more work

Vajra – going home after something like that is a jolt.  It’s a challenge to keep up the practice.  Home can never (well maybe in some cases) duplicate the wonderful support you receive from the trainers and others in your TMI or workshop group.  Also it would be hard to duplicate the settings I had for Gateway and Bruce’s workshop.  For example, look at the picture Vicky posted – amazing place.  But we all came here for the joys of physical life – we just have to find the right medium.  Hopefully a few times a week should be sufficient to maintain our familiarity with the different states of consciousness.  It’s hard for me to find uninterrupted quiet space – sometimes I try it before going to bed and, naturally, end up in a nice peaceful sleep.  Oh well… We can only try our best.

Romain and Alysia – you called it along with Vicky.  Love’s the key.

Rob

It was July 11th - 13th as I recall.  As I understand it was put together in a hurry so I don't think there was time to post it.  I was just lucky to hear about it. I'm sorry you missed it to.  You from the Denver area?  Rob

Darth,

Yes that's Bruce with me.

Maks,

The workshop was July 18th through 20th actually.  It was supposed to be two workshops back to back, but not enough people could do the second one.  I'm sure we'll have the second one here soon at some point.  I know that Bruce has a busy schedule the next few months so I don't know when it could happen.  This one was planned pretty last minute and did not get enough announcement.
