Yes, I'm a merry old soul, what can I say?
Thanks guys, I sure do love your compliments. Rob is right, I was standing at the medicine wheel (whatever that is) at the time. I was not actually too happy in this picture. I actually had to nicely tell Rob to go away so I could be alone. I needed to do some deep thinking, soul-searching type of crying. It helped. Maybe it's just a woman thing.
Rob, why don't you tell us what the medicine wheel thing is all about? I guess I wasn't there for the story or don't remember it.
Alysia, the house is where we had our workshop. Let me see if I can get the details just right. It was built in 1953 as an Egyptology school (whatever that is) and then later got used by some Native Americans or shamans or something along those lines. Sorry, it's not that I don't care or don't pay attention, I just have a lousy memory for historical facts.
The house is HUGE, with maybe about 15 rooms, about 7 of which are bedrooms. (It would have been loads of fun to play hide and seek in). That place has a lot of energy. Was used for a lot of meditation, teaching, and spiritual stuff.
PS--thanks too for the encouragement of my book. It's coming along nicely, I'm tending to it here and there to make it just right.
