I will say, although I can't really interpret your dream, as I don't know what the goverment means to you, it means something constricting to me, but it has it's need to be there, so...seems ironic, that your flying dream represents a freedom from the body and the government represents restriction? might that they represent consensus of the majority..yup, we are lunny candidates..which means we can't go into politics!!! haha!

fine. I was gonna mention the tracking device. btw, hope you are happy with your new partner.  I noticed that each time I met a good friend out there obe, that when I woke to C1 I could read something they posted to me, or emailed, I could read between the lines so to speak, I had a feeling when they were thinking about me, and vice versa, and we would soon email each other about it. this happened a lot. then I called it a tracking device, actually, I was surprised u called it that too. I thought I was being original! lol!!!

and sometimes after the first obe meeting, there would be like shared dreams concerning each other which helped offer info of various kinds. so there could be this tracking device, though not tangible chip or anything, but like a channel that opens up, that was blocked before, or invisible.
course the tracking devices on my friends are positive charged ones, and helicopters chasing you must represent your drive into greater freedom areas..also, they are in something mechanical and cumbersome and you're flying free without the hassel of fueling up..ah...theres a good interpret.
I like the idea of looking at people's clothing in time travels. seems logical. u might look for the event time planners out there that Bruce speaks of, theres some sort of grid time lines, like possibilities to manipulate or adjust.
see how far in the future you might glimpse. max for me personally only is 6 to 18 months, with a couple of time jumps happening the very next day!
