I was thinking yesterday, maybe if I asked this question, somebody here might be able to help me figure it out a little...it's sort of springs from Mendel's post about how our greater selves may seem suppressed from getting across the message to the general public that these experiences are quite real...just interpreted quite diversely due to perception and belief system differences, our uniqueness of each individual.

Here's the question: Mike, if you are still here, maybe you can offer an explanation since you are quite an Ober:

I've noticed this time and again, when I am in an Obe and I'm speaking with another party, as in asking a question to them in most cases, there is a second delay before I hear their response.
while I'm out there, I thought this is peculiar, that it takes them a second to answer me. In C1, most people do NOT have this delay to answer me; as a matter of fact, most the people I interact with, family and friends tend to answer me before I'm through talking!

I'd appreciate any conjecture on this...maybe Dave could answer? but maybe it doesn't matter. I still know these obes are real.

hi there Vicky, well, hmm. you did remind me and I knew this, that some obes are pure mental telepathy passing to and fro, as in receiving Monroe's rote; a ball of information.

that by far is the more common communication. my obes are never brightly lit up situations. there are dim light but enough visuals and sense of being in a form/body to keep the interest level quite high.
the latest obe, I "heard" the answer. he spoke. He just said "yes." but I heard the tone of voice, the certainty of the yes answer. I believe that is what the old fashioned spiritualists call clairaudience. to hear with the inner ear, tone values.
Bruce in his book is talking about communicating through tonal value; I think I'm moving towards this too more, where verbal context is entering in, it helps me remember better when I wake up, makes more of an impression on the brain stem I guess. I think some of us are more visual oriented. it's said men are more visual...don't know if thats true.

also this phenonmenon is related to getting entire sentences in my head, as a thing they used to call automatic writing, which to me is a type of channelling.

PUL seems to open the mind, to greater sensory imput also. in this case, the thoughts I get from the other person while obe, are really hard to differentiate from my own thoughts, as a mind meld takes place; it's like they are reminding me of my own memories, and/or future memories.

the delay in response when I ask someone out there a question doesn't seem that important after all, but always noted it and wondered about it. This happened with Bruce once, I was out there asking him about a writers block and he reminded me of a memory I could write about for one of the roadsigns..so I thought about this, that the subconscious memories of us all must be connected, easy to access while obe, that would explain a ONEness concept pretty well. that C1 appears private thoughts, but out there, everyone is  an open book. for awhile I was aghast that he remembered something for me!
for the most part in these obes if you inform somebody you saw them obe, they dont remember what you remembered. that used to make me feel it couldn't be real then.

then I started doing PE and even then the partner might pick up something much different than you but still useful evidence to me. I've concluded the other party IS interacting, but the experience is for your personal use, therefore if their higher self wants them to remember interacting, and its useful to them also, they will remember, but comes a point verification becomes pointless as to the validity of the circumstance.
Inspiration, PUL, an energized C1, some useful self knowledge, is these things occur during an obe or PE, we need not question the value of having them, or their authentic occurence.

ok, the lecture is always for myself as I wish to write about obes in the future. I believe this is where future man is headed. only phasing is better for sure.
