What is a Retriever?

The Afterlife Series of Moen’s books will show best what a retriever is.
I write this for myself as I’ve done some. It’s no big deal and certainly nothing to brag about doing retrievals.
Bruce is the first one to tell you this, he’s just like you and me. Same here. Try not to misconceptualize about retrievers. They’re like psychic detectives. You can see this on TV, on the show Medium. The gal actually performed a retrieval right on TV! I loved it, but you won’t see it on TV for the most part quite yet. And then there’s another show Psychic Detectives. They’re the ones find the body. Then the cops say, wow, how’d you do that? Well, I just closed my eyes and I saw some images, now go get the body and do your job, and btw, the crook wears glasses and if you bring in a sketch artist I can describe his features and there’s some incriminating evidence in his car trunk you can convict him on. These are similar to retrievals also, only they find the physical body instead of the spirit body.
   There was this one show where the medium knew sooo much about the case that they started to cast a suspicious eye in her direction. Now, if that ain’t the living end! haha! Poor woman. It’s enough to make her think twice about divulging info the next time she gets it, she almost got herself tossed into jail. Probably just comes with the job description in this day and age where there’s only a few who explore this pathway, but everyone is capable of developing some ESP, some sharing of something extraordinary that happened.
  I know this other medium who is having a hard time of it. I feel sorry for her because she is being bombarded with requests to contact the customer’s deceased relatives. There’s only one of her, and many customers. Life would not have come to her unless she was the genuine article. Unfortunately, she is experiencing overload because people don’t know how to “retrieve” their own relatives. The solution is what I like to envision the “speed up” or the shift in consciousness where more people start doing their own contacts.
  Actually, a lot of folks do it in their dream state. Unfortunately, they tend to brush off their dreams as not real. The more you brush off what you get, the less it tends to come back for another go at giving it to you. Disbelief is a block in itself. Bruces teaches phasing and it’s easy, if you can release your doubt of doing something new. If you don’t believe it was real, life says ok, then have it your way, it’s not real. Then, if you do believe you actually made contact with a loved one, it creates an opening in your mind to receive even MORE info the next time you dream or phase or desire, or explore or reach for the moreness of your self. You can start getting hits and personal verifications, yes, the dead still live, and if they live, we can stop crying for them.
  The sooner the shift proceeds, the less work my friend has to do, because believe me, she not only gives info about their relatives, she does the comforting thing. I just realized I know two such mediums. One of them had to quit working so hard, traveling, what not, to replenish her own reservoirs of “feel good.” Nurses are like this too. It’s called helping profession burn out. So I can’t wait till more people start doing their own explorations. These are nice ladies. They love people, that’s why they do it. A little bird told me. Whatever. We all have our knowings, but few step up to the podium and speak publicly. That will change.
   Seems people don’t really become interested though until someone dies and they’re curious then. So whatever, we all chose to be here in this kindergarten insofar as visions, impressions of this other realm of our universe. and I’m just going to have to wake up and smell the coffee and deal with it as it is, not how it will be.
  This might be a verbal plea I just realized to bring out of hiding the retrievers out there, the quiet ones who are doing it, the dreamwalkers who know if they open up to discuss it, they might be termed “different” even put in jail maybe, like that psychic detective who knew too much.

Gee, I hope society gets over the glamour aspect of what a retriever or psychic is, as the pay is definetely bad. The pay in the long run is PUL or producing that nebulous loosh product. The crop of your own soul substance.
Another plea I’m making is to plump up the book forum as that place lays dormant for the most part although we have a wealth of subjects to discuss over there. I thank the participants who have gone there and put in their questions and stories. I think this board is a good resource for the general public if they have the patience to dig for it. I would like to write more on retrieving later and related topics and invite others if they wish to tell their story. And thanks again Bets for helping us get the book forum up here. It lies dormant, but maybe we can talk about some of the ideas in the books more here in the most popular room too. Tie them in somehow so we’re feeding info of the how-to more.
I know you feel the stress of getting off topic too.

COOL Boris!   as far as I know, this is the only place to get info on retrievers, although i don't do much surfing..I was just thinking that retrievals have begun back in another century, there are some books written on it, quite old books they are. GP knows which ones.

so I enjoy talking about it anyway. I'll spit out some words...

so this story will wind up telling about a retrieval I found instructional as regarding my 2nd chakra, the seat of personal power. (I always denied I had power)
well we all have chakras, each organ is composed of certain thought forms. for instance in my 2nd energy portal I held denial of personal power to effect the world, or my world towards good. all my sad defeatist feelings ended up in the spinning portal where my gut feelings were. all unconscious of course.
this last year of 2006 my guides set me up for some adventures regarding personal power. I relunctantly participated after they told me what I'd be doing.
during the unfolding of the year 2006, the later half I set out to defend the little guy. what happened was I needed to master patience and build faith and, one pointed focus through about 6 month period, everyday to chase away the doubts and fears generated all around me. by the time I was done I had succeeded in increasing my sense of personal power and that one person could do good for others to be effecting.
shame nobody wrote up my miracle! HAR! all this is to illustrate the seat of personal power spins with energetic thought. whether we are aware of what we're thinking or not.

so that sucker is spinning like crazy right along with my cranium whatever..its exciting to gain mastery over doubts and fears and focus on the PUL thing or the good thing happening only.

the retrieval which showed me spirits are composed of energy: just like I am composed of energy, which reduces to Light. so retrievers are conscious lightworkers, and the rest who don't retrieve are unconscious, undeveloped lightworkers. we all want the same thing, love. thats the key.

the retrieval is another example of me discovering my personal power as a retriever trying to help someone out and learning about myself at the same time.

The PUL idea is: I saw a lady, a mother, a great positive lady in an obe.
Once you do obes, the feelings are much stronger than C1. The aura was filled with her loveLight. I marveled at her development. Pul betweenus was established. she was to become my customer in reality. I needed to rid my place of former thought bodies or spirits to clear her path.
when I was taught healing principles, we were taught to clear a persons aura of negative thoughts before healing them. we did it symbolically with body movement around the person and a shaking loose of what might be there in the way of healing.

it looks really crazy to see this done! you slash the air with your arms...all you're really doing is pumping up magnetic energy and setting intention for good to get beyond doubts.

well in this retrieval I didn't do any slashing the air but I got the pathway cleared to reach into a nonphysical space where I found something which might be an obstacle to this woman's lifestyle. the thoughts of spirits can effect the living.
this man was living in an astral area to close too my farm for my own comfort.
I had been told by tenants next door their house was haunted. hmm. I thought. We'll see about that. when I found the culprit, he seemed harmless, but like I said, my customer had kids and was trying to do a good job with them, so I thought I didn't want this spirit hanging out with them disturbing what she was trying to build.

so its good to do retrievals with a love feeling for someone, my point. I was grateful she came to me, I could see, some people actually have tight family values, it inspired me.

So I floated a bit having small talk with this spirit, fragment, aspect, whatever it was could talk back to me, but only from it's limited focus on life. he was a sexual addict type spirit. so I reach down after awhile with my arm and pull him up by the neck...(I was feeling really weird about this method of retrieving, its not done the way I was taught to do them!)

Just as I had told him it's time for you to go somewhere else! we both of us dissolved in a blinding flash of Light/Energy...he passed right through my form into another dimension it seemed as everything exploded into this wondrous light.

so we can be like portals for one another. the things I learned about retrievals is:
1) We are energy beings
2) We are Light beings
3) Our seat of personal power is ok to spin as long as the highest good is asked for.
4) We can pass a being thru our body of consciousness, assisting them to be unstuck.
5) gratitude and love is all that counts in the end.
6) we can clear pathways for our children to follow
7) each time we retrieve it builds a reservoir of energy for guides to utilize for the betterment of mankind.
8  We disipate some of the negative energy, seen as a belt around the earth
9) we empower ourselves by assisting one another for the right reasons.
10) We escape Murphys law eventually by retrieving
11)  We commune with our inner god whatever that looks like.
