Resource for Past Life Regression
Apr 23rd, 2007 at 6:56pm

For those who wonder what Past Life Regression is about, and how it fits into Bruce's soul retrieval, I've put together a 36 page HOW TO.

It's available from www.lulu.com as an E-Book, or as printed copy if you prefer. I've tried to cover the basics of  my personal perspective on physical science and metaphysics, as well as the complete script that I use in my clinic. Aside from that, it is extremely basic. I suggest that you get a copy of Bruce's Home Study Course at the same time, and get involved in retrievals.

For those who seem to be stuck in their abstract consciousness, or who have trouble learning to meditate, and who are having trouble working with Bruce's Home Study Course, this should assist.

Past life regression generally requires two people, one to do the regression, one to give directions. Once you have gotten into the regression-space you'll find that it is the same place that Bruce's book takes you. However, it's phrased differently and hopefully will be useful to those who can't understand Bruce's instructions right up front.

I'm open to feedback, or PM me if you want specifics.

I think the appropriate remark is "Duh...

The title is "Past Life Regression Made Super Simple for Everyone".

Far as I could see, there's nothing on past life there as yet. Or try my name, "David P. Armentrout"  'cause it's the onliest thing I've done there.

Under $10 for the hardcopy, less for E-book.

Hi,

Yes, that was an interesting hunt, but a copy is now on its way--can't wait! Thank you so much for making this available!

Since you yourself are a resource for past life regressions, Dave, could I
ask you what you have found out about the post-incarnation life review?
If a person lived amidst historic events and saw these events played out
during the post-life review, is guidance available to give perspective
so one doesn't take on all the suffering seen in a post-historic life review?
Is it an ego-thing that makes us take on others' suffering, or curiosity's need to know what it's like, or---?
Surely there must be extenuating circumstances that begin before and beyond the one life at a time we each have. --?

Or should I jsut wait for the book?  Smiley

Hi Bets-
The book is available at http://www.lulu.com/content/813304

Apologies to those who had to hunt.Embarrassed

The booklet is about as brief as I could make it. The intent is that you can get together with a friend and work on the method, which will, among other things, make it easier to get into the space Bruce uses in his Home Study Course. It's just a different way into the same place, and is not intended to make anyone rich (except maybe Lulu.com, the publisher). That's why you can download a copy for two bucks.

That wasn't what you asked - In my experience, the life review process is ongoing from the instant of death until it drags us back to rebirth because we can't prevent it. I've asked people about it, "go to a place where you did a life review", and what I get is an answer that seems to fit the expectations of each individual. There is nothing constant - with the exception of Michael Newton's readers, who arrange things to fit the pattern of Newton's books, and Cayce readers who see things in Cayce's terms. I have only trivial access to followers of other modern groups.

In one case I was told that we were all being ushered into a big outdoor auditorium (I'm sort of an invisible guest ghost, I guess) where there was to be a talk on morality and ethics. I've had others to tell me that they have been to classes, had personal instruction, or that they just got shuffled around.

A technique I use for therapy is to tell people, "Go to the place where all knowledge is kept. I'm going to call it a Library, but it can be anything. Some call it the akashic records." The Edgar Cayce group then sees Cayce's temple etc, others usually see a library. Sometimes it looks like a cave full of books and magical stuff (lower astral, I'm guessing) and sometimes it's like the branch library in a small town, or a vast building of infinite proportions - this is the way the mind processes the manner of its access and has absolutely nothing to do with anything else - Then I suggest, "Locate the One in charge." Then I suggest "Ask for your Book of Life. - - - Open it and read what you find." This is generally a statement of direction and purpose, but it can also be pictorial, in which case I tell them to "Jump into the picture and look around. What does it seem to tell you? - - - OK jump out again, go to the next page"

There are lots of similar options, since we are able to create out of emptiness anything that we can logically justify (because we are God) - including a Cosmic Chiropractor or Weight Loss Expert etc, as needed. There are also lots of spirits willing to be hired on as Guides.

Very often people have come to be helped with something, so I ask them to write something appropriate in their Book based on their needs. Usually the "One in charge" has some suggestions too. Then I suggest that they recognize Who is in charge of all the knowledge of the cosmos, to say thanks and to take away whatever they have acquired. This gives a totally artificial life review.

This is about all that I've discovered. In the case of a young man who thought his buddy was trying to hit on his girl friend, he pulled out a knife and killed his buddy. Then he died in a car wreck and wandered around aimlessly until he became fearful. (This is an "ongoing" review.) So he dived into the oil slick on a puddle and got reborn into a very unpleasant place. I sent him back to make peace, and he said, "Oh oh, here he comes. He has the knife. He looks pissed." I suggested that they talk it over, discovered that the buddy wanted a date with the girl friend's friend or sister or something, and it as all a mixup. So a few tears, apologies and forgiveness all around and we were done with the work.

A woman was a concentration camp victim, a gay man who had been separated from his lover in the train, and was gassed separately. He (or she as you prefer) spent the entire interlife transition feeling terribly guilty and wretched because of having "betrayed their love". This was an ongoing review (I think BST is an equally  term) which finally was put to rest by telling her (in present life) to locate the old lover, and to recognize that when they had finished their recovery from the trauma they'd be back together. A long history of nightmares abruptly stopped.

A young man was having nightmares of soldiers killing everyone in a village. He was stuck in a place of guilt due to not being able to make them stop. Ongoing review again. Turned out that he watched a village in Viet Nam being totally destroyed and everyone killed, then he got killed too and carried the guilt of the image with him. Once he was able to understand that he was simply an observer the nightmares stopped.

The biggest difference between this type of rescue work and Bruce's rescue of stuck souls is that I have walk-ins, while he works wholly in spirit. Just as Bruce encounters people stuck in their BSTs, we seem to have the same thing with respect to life review. And, of course, there are always those who report dying and going to a party with their friends until "Oh oh, it's time again" and they get sort of propelled into rebirth by any of a very large number of methods - nothing consistent. One said it was a cosmic vacuum cleaner to suck him up, another said she saw something beautiful and leaned over to get closer and fell down to earth, another man was told to get into a nice bath, and discovered that the water hid a chute down to a womb and resented being tricked in rather strong language.

My suggestion is that you hold no preconceptions, use open ended language in giving suggestions, and see what you find. I personally have not found a single repeatable event that could be generalized except that we seem to regret screwing up, and most of our subsequent effort is to fix it, often through terribly harsh and punitive measures imposed by us upon ourselves.

I have a bookcase of videos of regressions, all with releases, and will try to put a few on Lulu's site for people interested in this area. I also have a couple texts out (at BookSurge.com) with companion DVDs that are too long to reproduce at Lulu - so I have them in my office. To me, this all seems to be an appropriate adjunct to soul retrievals, and doing regressions gives a better perspective on what is actually needed to get a soul un-stuck.

Hope this helps-
d

Interesting perspective Dave.  I wonder if you've done any regression work with people who don't have any particularly strong interest in past lives and reincarnation.  I assume some belief or at least openess to the possibility would be critical.  What kind of experience or results would this type of regressee have?

Naturally, I'm talking about myself.  I think there's something there but it doesn't pull my strings.

Curiously yours,
Rob

I got into regression against my will when people brought their past life problems to me. I've also asked people to "desribe the images passing through your mind" and gone into prior lives where they were resisting.

The E-book version is $2 from Lulu, and you can check it out with any comfortable friend to see if anything thre interests you. My opinion is that we're all pretty much the same and there's not much except they we were born, struggled with hassles, had some fun, and died. Like Disneyland, it's interesting, but not where we live today - except when there are problems.

Am i the only one having problems with the E-book version from lulu.com?  The downloaded file contains just one single page - the title page. I thought lulu.com had some problems showing pages:1 in the description but obviousely they are absolutely correct. Where can i get the complete version of the book?
