Celestial Crumpets
Mar 31st, 2007 at 1:17pm

I just had tea and crumpets!  A number of you wonderful folks will recall the discussion of crumpets on Juditha’s thread on blasphemy.  Here’s an interesting follow up.

The other day I went to see an aunt and uncle.  My aunt is a lovely English woman.  She offered me tea and crumpets.  I’ve visited them many times over the years and I’ve never been offered tea and crumpets before.  Partly it’s because when I’m offered coffee or tea I usually opt for coffee.  This time I decided to be a bit English and said tea would be wonderful.  The crumpet was just an extra that came along with the tea.  It turns out she gets her crumpets over the internet.

I post this for two reasons.  One: It’s one of those interesting not-a-coincidence occurrence that I think all you crumpet lovers will appreciate.  Two:  I wonder if this relates to some kind of placing of intent.  Comments would be appreciated.  Thanks.

Crumpetly yours,
Rob

well now, arent' you a crumpet of a man? Smiley  (reflecting on Juditha's english phrase "she's a bit of a crumpet".   the english must be a colorful group despite the rumors I've heard they are more reserved in emotion than americans.

I think your story is immesely funny Rob. I also think that all of us crumpets should unite and make a national holiday. love, alysia

Hi Rob,

I think you attracted those crumpets towards you.  Smiley  Not that you willed them to come rolling in but you opened yourself to the idea and then gave it encouragement.   Smiley I tip my teacup to your intent, sir!

Here a crumpet, there a crumpet....everywhere a crumpet..... Smiley

Here's to crumpets!  There must be a crumpet waiting for me somewhere too.

I will look for my crumpet...I will see the crumpet before me in my mind's eye...

Therefore, the crumpet must appear!

It is the law of attraction....the more I think of my crumpet, the closer it gets to me.....mmmmmmmmnnnnnn

ah, I see a crumpet approaching towards myself also! what? it's leaving a trail of strawberry jam from yonder hill, if I follow the trail shall I encounter a town of crumpet beings? will they let me come in to CrumpetVille? maybe they will if I don't leave crumbs... Grin

Thanks for your comments Alysia, Betson & Blink.  I'm sitting here this morning eating my crumpet with butter and strawberry jam.  Delicious.  My aunt gave me a packet of crumpets to bring home.

I think there is an attraction going on here.  The odds are too astronomical for this to be happenstance.  I think we created crumpet energy in Juditha's thread.  And the crumpets just materialized.

It wasn't just me, it was all of you helping me.  What can't we do when we get together?

The idea that we create our own realities appeals to me.  However, in my C1 analytical mind I don't see how it works.  Perhaps the crumpet was giving me some ideas.

Attraction certainly seems to have happened here.  I'm still amazed by it.

Forever crumpet,
Rob

Rob asks:
" What can't we do when we get together?"
It must be alot and full of happy surprises, Rob, because yesterday after reading this thread, I thought,' Ok, that's crumpets, what about elephants?'
I thought of that several times as a joke to myself-- no way elephants!
Then this morning in the newspaper there's a large engraving of a surprised looking, trumpeting elephant, with a beautiful poem about a man giving a mangoe to an elephant and how gently the elephant took the fruit in its powerful trunk.
(Perhaps it would have preferred a crumpet.)
Thanks Rob, and you all!
Love, Bets

Hi Rob and all

Just wanted to add to the strong "energy" that has surrounded this crumpet discussion!!

I will be visiting Denver in a few weeks and Rob and I were going to meet up.  After the crumpet discussion I had decided, as a surprise, I'd take him a packet of crumpets.  As is usual, while thinking about all the gifts that I could take I was visualising what to buy, when and how.  I went through my mind going to the supermarket, I had decided to do this Monday afternoon so the crumpets would be fresh for me to take on my flight the next day, how I'd pack them in my suitcase and then actually visualising (or day dreaming) about when to give them to Rob - when he picks me up? later in the car? or when we are having lunch/dinner?  So no doubt all this was very strongly sent up to the CWs who decided that perhaps Rob should experience it earlier!!  Just my take on this subject!!  But of course I believe that the more of us that were thinking about crumpets the stronger the energy surrounding the crumpets became.

Of course I will still take Rob some Aussie crumpets - which no doubt will be far superior than crumpets from anywhere else!! LOL!!

With love and laughter!
Irene

Hey Bets - Crumpeting elephants!  That's great.  Mangoes are pretty nice.  We should have both.

And, Irene, that's wonderful.  Aussie crumpets!  The one's I had were from, of all places, Kansas.  I just finished my last one and I learn that I'm going to get some more in the near future as you stop in Denver on your way to TMI.  I'm sure your visualization added to the crumpet energy surrounding me.

Love, Rob

hmmm. we are spirtualizing crumpets Wink  is this like taking a glass of water and putting positive thoughts into it and thereby changing the molecular structure? like blessing water with the power of the mind. well, good health to you all. they say the fountain of youth is inside water and we are bodies of 75% water after all. I like the idea of creating my own reality too Rob. I think it's the #1 priority in this age of the shift in consciousness, which is on me, so I think it must be not just on me...seems to be on this entire board..

regarding creating personal reality, collectively related of course, oneness conceptualization, one time I was cracking up, all alone in my house, acting like a hyena, yes, this happened to me..I sat there and realized I was making everything up.
all of reallity, my personal reality created my collective perceptions "out there."
I experienced a feeling of freedom then. I was the universal story teller, making it all up as I go.

so that being said dearlight, I hope you and Irene feel the love in each crumpet bite of the holy crumpet blessed by love and joy. I treasure these days. love, alysia
