very vivid awful dream
Mar 17th, 2007 at 11:03am

Just woke up from the worst dream. I was driving my car on an alternate route I occasionally take to work. As I made a left turn I noticed a young man on a bicycle on my right hand side, so close to the car that I became very concerned. He seemed to look at me.

I was trying to be as careful in the turn as possible but he was literally right next to my car. I turned my head to face forward as we were finishing the turn and was horrified to see the back of another man on what seemed to be a moped directly in front of my bumper. I ran directly into him and heard the most blood curdling, awful sound of his screams as he flew from whatever he was riding on.

Somehow the force was greater than it seemed to have been, although I have never been in an accident like this. My car continued forward and I felt that I had been injured in some way. The car came to a stop with me leaning my head on the steering wheel.  I felt that I could not move.  However, I was conscious and I had an awful feeling that I had done something terrible.

The only accident I have ever been in was when I was learning how to drive. It was the first time. My dad was next to me and I promptly backed completely over a neighbor's mailbox.  But these days, I'm not a bad driver at all.

A very vivid and disturbing dream.  Perhaps not significant, but disturbing nonetheless.

Perhaps related to Russian airline crash last night.  Maybe watching or participating in retrievals in my sleep? 7 people died.

My car could be the plane. The man beside me could be a fellow passenger or co-pilot. The man in front of me could be a passenger in front of me as the plane has rough landing and breaks apart. The plane continues moving and I am lying motionless against a steering mechanism because I am the pilot. In my dream I seem to have been seeing from many vantage points, whether the visions are accurate or not.

I remember waking in the middle of the night and looking at my computer. A half-finished story was on CNN about the crash. It seemed to have just happened. I went back to bed.

Not a precognitive dream, but possibly a view of it from my interpreter.

Anyway, those are my impressions.

Following the story....

"Investigators later concluded that pilot error was to blame. "    From BBC

from my dream as written after awakening:

"However, I was conscious and I had an awful feeling that I had done something terrible."

I don't know if the pilot lived or died. However he, as any other pilot would, would be devastated.

it's possible your interpretation is correct as I just finished reading something in Monroe's first book, where his interpretor dreamed some incidents which took place in real time on a bus, while in his precognitive interpretation, he was on an airplane, so it's true we can get the vehicles mixed up while other features fit exactly so.

we can also get feelings we think are ours, but they are really belonging to someone else.

Thanks, Alysia. Smiley

I hesitated to report such a dream along with my own interpretation but it was so vivid.

Also, I did carry around that particular energy all morning.  It was so strong that I felt I needed to "cleanse" myself of that negative energy somehow.  I was able to let it go later in the day.  I knew it wasn't mine, but it was rather upsetting.

releasing negative energy is a lot like a retrieval, or like you run this energy thru your body and then choose to cleanse yourself, I call this transmutation and retrievers do it all the time, but you're becoming conscious of it.
my first retrieval ever I was absorbing a boy's scream for god, my guide yelled at me to back off from that..it wasn't helping at all Smiley  we are sponges.. Roll Eyes
