Albert/Rec said: when I awaken I will find that all other beings have also awakened at the exact same moment. There was a strong feeling of release and joy during this experience. Shades of ACIM eh?
________
Smiley  certainly smacks of the Course friend!  now I just experienced an aha moment from your explanation and what I wanted to know.
when an awakened being comes in contact with an unawakened being, they also become awakened for the moment to a remembrance of who they are outside of linear time constructs and bst circumference.
then a human being enlightened or otherwise, blinks back into forgetfulness of who they are temporarily, gradually picking up speed as linear time proceeds into remembering more often and we could label this enlightenment so long as we don't being to let the ego cause us to become separate or entertain "less than" feelings, or "more than" feelings.
Along these lines Elias helped me to understand how my allusions create another person in my own self image to be as what my perceptions have told me.
my perceptions involve a limited perspective of their being, as well a limited perception of myself included. we tend to navigate the concept of oneness, that others are perceiving what we ourselves perceive, including what we hold as our own self image.

it's not necessarily so, that how u see yourself, other's are seeing the same thing about you. this was/is my type of journey. that I am so creative to be creating images of life itself.
I like what you said here: "During the night in heaven experience I've shared before, I understood that everything works out wonderfully for everybody in the end."

I had the same insight or feeling after completing my book that everything does work out wonderfully in the end and not only that, but our higher self, outside of C1 cooked it up to be that way. This means those who suffer also have a destiny and that for them also, it will work out wonderfully. this thought leads to the peace we talk about on this thread, the peace within.
thanks for your response Albert, you knew I wanted to lengthen this thread.
love, alysia

Dave:

Yes, it is great to be able to participate on a forum with people who have different kinds of experience.  Regarding enlightened awareness followed by growth, I agree that additional growth is required after enlightening experiences. We have to be willing to get rid of the mental attachments that prevent us from abiding according to who/what we are. The more we let go, the more we recapture our true selves.

Recoverer- IMHO another case of enlightened awareness followed by normal growth and spiritual develoment.  I honestly feel fortunate that I am able to encounter people of such a highly developed nature.

I figure that we're awareness to begin with.  Standing by itself there is no way for awareness in one place to be different than awareness in another place. In the beginning, there wasn't anything to be aware of.

This was okay, because the source that was aware had the ability to create. It started to create so it seemed as if there is more than one self. Each self can create in its own unique way.

For a while these selves forget about who they are and let their creations get the best of them. Eventually they find out that they have become confused, regain control so they can create according to love and wisdom, and spend the rest of eternity creating accordingly, without forgetting who they truly are.

Because time isn't real, each self finds out who it is in the exact same moment, despite how the illusion of linear time makes things seem.

Albert posted at 1201 and I at 1205. we are thinking along the same lines today Smiley just some reflections off your thought Albert..I really like that u brought up being awareness; awareness is what I feel like these days, whether dreaming or not, it is like a spacious feeling not on my outside living conditions, but on the inside. the feeling of being awareness is expansive; like standing on a cliff looking at a scene of hill, valley and stream off into a horizon.
we could say each of us is a unit of consciousness.

could you elaborate what u mean by each self finding out who it is in the "exact" same moment while under the influence of linear time?

I suppose we could infer each of us already knows who we are but some are still under the illusion of linear time to find and fulfill self prophecy. all in all the body is in linear time, like it or not. it's grounded so to speak.

one other thought; when I first read David9's post, I saw this image of a fellow sitting in a theatre and his mind expanded into a huge cloud of awareness..his essence permeated the surrounding field of energy where his body sat in linear time. It's almost like astral flight. he realized he was the same as the particles of the wall, the seat, the screen, the others around him. He participated in creation. to have continued in this state would not have been conducive to remaining here in C1, so he drew in his antannae, his expansive energy and focused once more on being a mere human but the memory would lead him to his purpose for coming here, in linear time.

love is all there is.

Yes you are very right there I feel>We couldn't play the game here if we stayed in that state
however its nice to have the experience to remind us of our greater truer Nature.I have met a man who years ago when visiting an Asian country was dosed unawares by a local acting friendly with a sweet that contained a dangerous amount of Morphine. He went unconscious(the local intended to rob him) when he awoke he found that he was "part of everything he was aware of there was no separation. This never left him.His wife was a famous dream researcher, just can't recall their names now.But he lectured all over the world about his experience and state.

so it's like when something bad happens, it can be something right in the end, as he lectured all over the world, and it must have done some people good to find out theres connections, or no separation on one level.

so I have a little story from PT Atman, a lady author both Bruce and I have read. she's like between two worlds too and has numerous books about her NDE's.

pardon me all u oldies but goodies out there who heard my stories before, but I like to show how we can NOT be a victim here on this Earth after we bring our consciousness level up, or awareness level I might say.
so my message is we are taken care of here whether we know it or not.

she was getting out of her car and a purse snatcher was walking behind her and she picked up his thoughts and had a conversation with him in her HEAD!
his unconscious mind, one with hers, told her how to defeat his actions and intentions, to run very fast as he had just eaten a heavy meal and would not be able to catch her! HAR!
_____

This kind of thing is what we will all be doing in the future, to read minds and divert these situations of victim/victimizer.  gee, what will the newspapers write about?
