Dude- Dialog always has a basis in reason - mst of us poke at the things we have trouble accepting - or do I misread the subconscious motive? - As one example, I have a really bad time with oppressive dykes - doubtless my Dutch ancestry. - So if it isn't Whoopee that prompted you, it must be in the content, and reaction to a prior life in a convent (as one option) comes to mind.
Juditha & Deanna - Bothof you are sensitives, so you should be able to read for one another. My suggestion would be to do a "silent reading" - either record your impressions on paper, or so softly that the words can't be heard. That way you don;t feed back to each other. Then compare notes and see the parallels, and notice especially the parts that specifically agree, and those that seem to have a similar "feeling", even if the details differ.
My guess is that you'll come up with a general idea of the place and time, and a general setting in the sense of a school, church, social setting, organization to which you belonged, or a similar kind of setting.
Another trick that I often use is when I regress someone I ask them to describe how people are dressed, what they are doing, what the location looks lke, and so on. Then I have found that most of the time it is also possible to summon spirits who have passed on to come and talk. The same trance state used for soul retrieval is quite sufficient for this, and you both have developed it even further in order to do readings. You might also be able to summon one another's "higher self" (meaning the end of the soul that is plugged into the Godhead) since that is a spiritual part that is always in the spirit world.
One of the bizarre games that hypnotists sometimes play is to go into trance together and develop a mutual setting in their inner space. There's no reason that you can't do that equally well, or even better, since you're both more spiritually developed than the average hypnotic technician. If this were to begin with the thought of developing the prior lifetime, the mutually developed setting would probably have many of the characteristics of the past location that you shared.
Given this information you might also be able to look yourselves up in some kind of registar etc. Like looking up George's crewmates in the Titanic registry etc.
Should be fun. I'll be looking for results.
