Hi the th3digitalmind link,
If you can remember ever having the feeling of suddenly being woken up from your sleep with a fall, with the feeling that you have just fallen through or out of your bed, but in fact you haven't, then you have most probably had an O.B.E. and experience with the spirit returning too quickly. The reason why dreams are forgotten so quickly is because they are of the spiritual minds experiences and not so much of the material brain, thus the memories are mostly stored in the spiritual side of the mind and we are not always that perceptive of those memories.
What evidence is there? Consider all the normal, rational people who have claimed to see ghosts. What do ghosts look like? Usually transparent, right? Well, transparent is another word for lucid, and lucid dreams are related to astral projections.
Conscious mind is the level that we are most familiar with. It is the level within which our physical body develops and has much of its activity. The subconscious is that part of our minds that bridges the conscious self with the spiritual self. The subconscious is both in the body, and beyond the body, in the spirit world of timelessness.
