Hi all!

I know OutOfBodyDude has a very informative journal regarding the Gateway experience, but I just had a quick question about this which isn't specifically addressed in that post.

I've never had an OBE or any similar experience so a lot of these experiences are new to me. So far, I'm still on the wave 1 CD's. I have only listened to the first five segments once each time. During the 5th segement (the one where the speaker tells you to float and roll over like a log), I got a massive feeling I've never ever felt before, a feeling of extreme "tension" or "energy", I'm not exactly sure how to describe it, naturally this startled me and I kind of lost focus for a while.

Anyway, for the past few days, when I have been laying in bed waiting to fall asleep (I'm not a good sleeper) I feel this energy again after I lay down for a while. It feels rather powerful and when I eventually wake up, I feel like I've run a few thousand miles (still tired now!).

If anyone can shed some light on this, I'd appreciate it infintely!

Thank you very much outofbodydude, both this and your Journal have proved extremely helpful and interesting. I'm just suprised all of this happened rather quick for me. I'm usually very alert (can't sleep easily) and also suffer a little bit from Anxiety, so this sensation did cause an initial suprise!
