hi Steve, so u won't be all alone over here, in 2002 I had an obe that Rosalie, I think it was her as she was working with Bruce out there, she handed me a note from Bruce, there were some words I couldn't remember except I remembered Novul.  later in C1 I came across an exercise call "new energy waves or ways." tried it and had a very vivid and detailed retrieval encounter.  Novul means NEW. the abbreviation of new energy ways.

I believe if we read Bruce's books, we know he goes out and talks to a lot of people as we all go out of our bodies every night and we need to start waking up out there and remembering.
so this email you got maybe its a message you need to figure out as positively as possible, could be that you have a lot of power right now and should use more caution and make sure you do not make yourself feel "ill at ease."  just mulling it over. just keep your eyes open and ask for the highest good any time you go exploring, you should be fine if you do.
