My question sort of combines this theme with something you wrote on another thread regarding your  asking for PUL and receiving it.---Does it come into your system through your crown area? Still high on the head but lower than the lotus chakra?

I sense a golden band that comes into my skull on both sides. The band's two parts then join about two body lengths above me, but I'm 'not supposed to' look or touch any of it directly. I broke one strand from its attachment to me about a month ago by physically doing a strange stretching and crunching motion as I awoke. Immediately I felt an inner form on that side of me fall down through my body and braced myself to stop it. It seemed to have a sense of doom about it.
Above me the golden band was starting to recede. When I appealed to Guidance, etc I could not feel any energy field change as it usually does. Faintly I got an image of a candle burning and another candle being lit from it, so I imagined a couple of spiritual people I know and one had energy so I imagined going to that person and physically leaning into their golden band with my head.  That took a moment but it restored my connection and gave me a great sense of relief.  I felt like if I had lost the connection, something awful would result.
Does that relate to your sense of receiving PUL?
