I would like to tell you more about my experience at the Kripalu Center where I attended Caroline Myss' seminar for the weekend. Her new book and CD's are entitled, "Entering the Castle". As I have already said, Caroline takes her information from St. Teresa d'Avila and there are 7 castles with many rooms. Caroline had us "imagine" ourselves entering our own caste and going into the rooms. For those who did not read my first witting, please see Entering the Castle 1. Caroline had us close our eyes and remember the first room she took us into. The room is a large room with a fire place, two chairs and a rug. There are many doors off this "living room". When I went to the first door, I met my father. Then Caroline had us return to the main room and sit for a while. Now I continue with the session: I rose from my chair in front of the fireplace, and walked to the right of the fireplace to another door. When I opened the door, it was suggested to us (there were 280 people at this seminar) that we enter into a small, brilliant gold room which looks like a chapel. I immediately saw a room like an alcove, shaped in an upside down U shape. My room had a warm golden glow all about it and the room was absorbed in this color. There as a chair , more like a bench to my left up against the wall. I was cozy. Caroline tried suggesting that the room was a white room with the golden light shining in, but my room was absorbed in the golden color. Now she said that we would see God sitting in the chair. My God (at this time) was sitting on the bench with his back up against the wall. He looked like Neptune, without the trident. He was fully clothed with heavy linens, shin high boots, long sleeves. I can't say too much about the colors. The boots were dark, either black or dark brown. The pants were dark, also but contrasted with the boots. His top reminded me or burlap, but a very comfortable burlap in an ivory/pearl color. Now I walked toward him and I sat immediately upon his lap. I felt like a very pleased "I was good, Santa" child. I cuddled with him. He didn't speak, neither did I. We were just very comfortable as we cuddled. I was both the participant and the viewer at this time. Caroline told us to come back, so the stay was brief. I got up, smiled whole-heatedly at my God, the walked back the the main room. It was a very "quiet but comfortable" experience.
