This one is an "Oldie Goldie" post.   Yesterday a visitor saw the blog on myspace  who is a member of Bruce's forum and visit's our forum a lot.

She did not know that it was posted on Bruce's  and Linn's forum awhile back.   At her request, I am reposting this one on both sites.    Love Bob

yes, I read this over there at myspace and at the other board; I thought; hmm, Bob keeps trying to bust through and thats twice now! just once? you keep it up and you're going to take a flying leap and just then they'll throw the door wide open...lol...when u come sliding in on your face love, I will be there with the parachute..I promise!

like I said over there, you have a very strong energetic body which I have met out there. I guess if I keep talking I'm gonna have to explain what I saw out there!
Bob is a lightworker, and for some reason he broke the lock on my astral door and just walked right in!    well, you'll just have to read my book to get the rest of the story. the title of the story is There were Birds but I didn't hear them Singing.

hey there..oops its 4am and I feel a ramble coming on speaking of Bob here, we've had a partnered exploration out there and he's right, you have to develop heart intelligence before you start having these trips out there.

anyway, thats my purpose unoffically, I try to get others to connect and do the partnered explorations..its the fastest way to grow spiritually and become aware of how powerful we humans can be in our ability to create a happy fulfilling life and achieve maximum velocity for blast off from whatever unhappy or unfulfilling circumstance you might be muddling through..and if you're human, we all have periods of muddling through something.

I once went looking for Bob out there. found him. gave him some kind of lecture to come and post more on this board as he's got a lot of experience in these areas. anyway, he listened politely then started giving me a run down of all the objectives he had which did not include my request. now when you're out there in the ozone, you're true to your feelings inside. you are just yourself and if you get irritated you express it. well I was irritated at Bob for not doing what I wanted so I huffed away thinking this guy is wasting my time with excuses for not helping humanity. you know what he did? lol.....I'll never forget this as long as I live. as I had my back to him and was walking away he got ahold of something inside of my solar plexes and pulled it towards him and it was a thingy that was coiled and he made it snap back into place. gee I hope it wasn't my colon..lol...I was so surprised and I thought "am I injured?" I looked down and whatever it was went back into place inside there and it didn't hurt so figured, ok, now hes being a practical joker. I looked at him to see his face, mischievous it was. he had just disengaged my negativity with that little farce as you had to smile at him, he's got a sense of humor won't quit.

next day I emailed him, say, I said, when you were a boy did you pull little girls pigtails? Yes! he said. simply loved doing that. I thought so I replied and told him of our little adventure. I guess we just never grow up now do we?

hi Spooky thats interesting about the solar plexus area; some folks call it where you can have a gut feeling, and then I read this area of the physical body is the seat of emotions. I know when I am receiving an emotion it comes into this area; if it is an emotion in direct opposition to my belief system, I will feel something heavy make a thud sound in that area, what some call a sinking feeling.
then I study it, or store it for reference for further observing what it means.

you say your feeling there feels wrong, and is something to do with freedom. maybe we can call in assistance of a guide, as Bob is not the only lightworker out there although I'm sure he would fly your way if he reads your post. well, you have guides, I just felt this was true. Bob's always talking about a get out of jail card so he's probably the perfect key for you....
all I can add is that a feeling, an emotion is more than what it seems. it is basically a communication to yourself. although we can deny it. I see you are not denying it is there, so thats the good part! once you recognize your true feelings and the energy there, then we can transmute our energy to a higher level by changing the belief system attached to that feeling.

sometimes have to do a bit of chasing it down mentally though...I usually talk to myself and as if the belief system were another person. this works pretty good.
I learned it from Bruce. every belief inside of us wants to survive, so we have to be very nice when we fire our belief systems and say thank you for serving me.

Just want to put my 2 cent here, take what you need and leave the rest...kind of thing..lol

Having a know moment at the present. concentric circle around the heart area, meditate on the 6 th one (circle) top left going out from the center. Little grayish area the size of a dime (10 cent) related to family member ?? let it go and this free feeling will come back... just meditate on it and see what happens.
As a TMI member you should have received the energies centers cd..used it.
