these methods of energy movement are all in Bruce's books, the 5th Guidebook. don't start spreading fear around Bruce's books.

modify that: I feel I'm too harsh with you Albert. I apologize my gruffness, its my problem. its just that, when you read these boards its important that you re-read your own post to read it as if you were a newbie coming here for the first time to learn something you've never heard of before. if I was a newbie and I read your warning on this thread, which was cooking right along in positive manner, then all of a sudden you give a warning, and you and I know you are trying to be helpful and save somebody from undue stress and grief when a student (and we are all students) gets in with the wrong group or follows some guru which you are implying its the guru's fault, when we don't even know what guru you're identifying as misleading someone.  what happens with these threads here, is someone will say something negative and thats the end of the thread...no more exploration, no more sharing, kaput, thats all there is.  so if you and I share that we want people to explore their afterlife, and their inner life, and that would include our magnificent energy body within then I would ask you to read you words and ask if you are scaring away some newbie from even joining in the talk...I like new people to join in here and don't want them to think NEW is a negative approach. its not, I tried it, it works, it blew my mind, and I'm still safe and sound and still talking about it.
wouldn't trade any of my wake up experiences no matter how bad they felt at the time. next stop...death, the final frontier.

One more thought...there is nothing to fear on the other side...absolutely nothing can touch you. now everybody breath....you are loved, you are safe, we are all going home someday...and don't listen to too many gurus,  but if I had a guru and I don't have a physical guru, but if I had one, I would choose Bruce.

thanks Carol Ann, its good to see more folks joining this subject with their own experiences, which its better to tell of our own experiences because we don't know what really happened to somebody else. its all just hear say. but we don't hear enough from people like you who went to TMI and this is what I longed for. thanks again alysia

its interesting to see someone describe an image of the energy, especially the S shape. reminds me that the dna strand is a spiril. I don't get much imagery of energy. mine is mostly between the ears as warmth or tingling. lately been dancing a lot too and that is definetely the light body doing that...  thanks for sharing...is anyone here having a lot of computer problems cropping up? You sound like a smart man. Once kundalini is awakened, it's awakened, and you have no choice but to live accordingly. Lots of people have had problems with it. I had some difficulty with it even though spirit guidance has helped me out quite a bit. The thing is parts of your mind that used to be unconscious, become conscious, and energy manipulation techniques can cause things to become conscious before you are ready to deal with them. Some people with awakened kundalini end up having psychological problems. Many also have physical problems. Kundalini can also open a person up to non-physical experiences before they are ready to deal with them.

I went through a period where I was meditating three times a day. For a while I was progressing at a rate that was hard to handle. I received a message from my higher self that this was the case, and hence I went through a period that was hard to handle.

Despite how it might sound, I'm not complaining. Kundalini awakening is a part of my life plan. Partly because it helps me with retrievels. The message I get over and over again is that the most important thing to do is to grow in love. Have Christ consciousness in mind. This is really important when you have awakened kundalini, because the energy can be used in more than one way.

I can't comment specifically on Robert Bruce's technigues, because I've never read them.

JOURNAL ENTRY 10

Im laying down in focus ten. Not too deep. I feel intense energy at or right above both of my temples. Its sending jolts of energy down my body. It felt pretty good for a little bit. But the energy and pressure just kept getting stronger and stronger at my temples, especially my right temple. It was getting so intense it started to hurt. It wouldnt go away, so I sat up and rubbed my temples. The pressure went away in a few seconds, so I layed back down and tried very hard not to focus on my head so the energy sensations wouldnt come back. But they did. So I ripped off the headphones and ended my night session.

JOURNAL ENTRY 12

I listened to Wave 2 parts 1 and 2, like last time.  I got relaxed and in ten very fast. Suddenly I hear someone breathing. Its me haha. It was as if I had no assosiation with my body and heard the breathing from someone elses point of view. As soon as i heard it and realized it was me, my awareness of my body snapped back. A few minutes later i heard myself breath again, but also snapped right back. Once again, I heard a rushing sound that did not come from the track.  Lately I have been feeling an energy pulsating within me. I feel my heart beat slightly, but I am also aware of a faster pulsing within me, Its usually just a bit faster than my heartbeat, but at one moment I remember it was very very fast, yet soft. I think it was my heart chakra pulsing so fast.  Last night I felt the pulsing in my head, today it was all over. Lately I have been drifting off every once in a while, and things are going through my mind, and when I come back to full awaareness, I cannot recall what I was just thinking about(Or experienceing).  Any thoughts on this?

JOURNAL ENTRY 13

Last night I listened to Wave 2, part 1.  Almost immediately , I began to hear the same rushing noises. Some were louder, some were softer, some were longer, some were shorter. But Im almost positive its a spirit. On ghost hunters and other shows like that, when they record the sound of a spirit it sounds just like the sounds Im hearing. Im hoping its my spirit guide, Ive been trying to make contact for almost a week now. I also feel my energy becoming more and more active each time I meditate. Also, I again felt like my consiousness was wobbling around and drifting off slightly, but not OBE style. And again Ive had random images in my mind, faces, things, that I cant make a connection. Ive tried to focus on a face to possibly do a retrieval but no luck.

This morning I was in the state ive been in when Im communicating or recieving a message but cannot remember what I was picking up, only this time I remembered! I couldnt believe it... I thought.. okay, so this is what Ive been told.. Only after I found out, I went back to sleep and when i woke up again I couldnt remember! OMG. All I remember is it was like this.... do this while doing this and this will happen... or somthing. Man this sucks. I was so close to knowing. WHat I remember is when I realized what it was, i thought... well this doesnt make too much sense. It make perfect sense when i was in my altered state, but when I regain full consiousness and remembered what it was, it was a little odd and confusing. But that doesnt even matter because now I totally forget. But Im getting closer and closer.....
