Dude,
I thought I would take a moment to post to this thread and share with you an experience.
I decided yesterday evening to listen to the Gateway Series CDs that I have tucked away. I thought, well, this might be interesting. The Orientation was interesting and it flowed easily enough, though I was consciously aware at the start of the exercise that energy was building. I flowed easily through the exercise and the energy dissipated.
I took a small break to re-orient myself (or as some say, ground myself) before I began exercise #2 for F10. Afterward, I jotted down notes which I will share because you may find them interesting for your ongoing study of these particular material.
"I began F10. I am becoming aware of energy, undulating in and around my body. It is like swimming in the sun-reflected light of a pool. I progressively relax myself, listening to the exercise. When I reach F3, there is an energy pressure that begins in my head and is flowing downward. It sweeps through me and then suspends its motion, waiting. I am at ease. I feel myself shifting as I progress. Images, fragments, vibrant, vivid and clear appear and disappear. I lose sensation of time. I simply am here, but here seems so nondescript. But there is no word to describe this place. Is this the 3D blackness, this soft crushed black velvet that billows around me. Emergence. Something emerges from the darkness, like a movie fading out, but in reverse. Images are vague greenish color. Woods, forest, undergrowth surrounded. Foggy mountain. I am in a forest on a foggy mountain morning. This I should investigate. I should go that way, I think, and there is motion, movement, momentum in the direction of my vision, as I am sweeping through the undergrowth toward an unknown destination. No, wait. I am going to project. Stop. That is not my goal. Slowing, momentum decreasing, withdrawing, fading out, billowing velvet embrace, returning to exercise, time to return, emerging, eyes opening and stretching. "
I am very refreshed, but somewhat befuddled that I do not know what was being said on the tape, though I am not that concerned.
E.
