Hi oobDude, thanks for sharing.
When asking questions, there are two things that can happen: -it feels like you are monologing. That's not a really bad thing, maybe its your greater you... There's a phaenomenon that happens often to me, and at TMI and in Bruces books it's mentioned too, that is the answer can come very quick, sometimes even before you have finished asking, so it's easy to not notice it; keep it in mind. It is as if you already know the answer, but in physical awareness you block this knowledge. -possibly you get visuals, feelings or sounds or all together, even cartoons are possible, tricky word riddles and such things. Can be difficult to decode it sometimes. Asking another person what it could mean can help, with me I sometimes don't see the forest because of the trees.
I too imagine sometimes in F10 to fly or walk around, or imagine a landscape I'm in. It's a good start when having difficulties to de-focus from the daily business, and you can use it for further things, for example when you have "built" a landscape you can state that you would like to meet a person there. (btw, these things are also good when sitting in the dentist's chair) In every stage of the HemiSync process you can ponder how much you imaginate; too much would mean you don't trust it anymore as important or meaningful, too less imagination can cause that you get nothing at all. Helpful means are in this regard REBal expanding, imagined tools like a flashlight to light the surrounding, and the imagination that the nonphysical surrounding has an inner light glowing which you can perceive, this to me often diminishes the imagination effort.
