Pressure in head for Phasing?

I've been getting a sometimes intense yet pleasing pressure in the back and top of my head, sometimes randomly and sometimes when I think about having it. It seems like it may be some kind of energy. It often comes in surges. Does anyone else have this phenomenon? Can this be used as a way of astral projection or phasing?? This feeling is new to me so I'm not sure what to think.

just say thank you. dont turn it down with any other thoughts. you'll be fine. we are all feeling the shift in consciousness...an energy over the planet and feelings like yours is a part of the shift.. to my way of thinking earth changes can occur in our bodies as well as we are connected to the ground or the earth. some can pick up when a tsunami or an earthquake is coming on their body surface. not me, and wouldn't want such a gift, but I believe its true. just wanted to say I have it from good, very good authority the shift does not have to be difficult or truamatic during this time we live through.

You can use this energy to make contact with your higher self. If you want to go out of body, you might ask your higher self for help. I found that this energetic connection has enabled me to experience various things.

have a conversation with higher self. imagine HS sitting next to you listening. start babbling. say what u want, ask questions. one at a time preferably

then u have to pause after you ask because thats where you listen. whatever the response is you get don't judge it yet. write it down if u want. the idea is to get up a two way conversation and the more u do this, it starts to really make sense, pretty soon you start getting more clear on a lot of thoughts this way. other times, there can be an invisible guide there and this is who you are talking to. love, alysia
