Blinking lights means AL connection?
Oct 25th, 2006 at 4:47pm

Greetings,
Have you ever had those 'lights in darkness' start blinking/flaring, and then find yourself talking to someone in the afterlife? Would you say that the blinking lights >signify< that you're communicating with someone on the other side?
This afternoon I was puzzling about an afterlife question and my eyes fell shut, but the lights were blinking so brightly they startled me. I restated my question mentally, and someone answered.  Shocked So I went along with it. (But I don't know any questions to ask him that would prove anything.)
I tried changing his name to see if the flashing lights would change. During our talk I said 'Did you say you were J---S---?) He said no and the flashing faded. So I mentally called out his real name and the lights came back. I tried that several times, and lights faded then returned when we resumed talking again.
After our conversation I googled him (  Cheesy Google, the great affirmer of afterlife experience hee hee) and found his alma mater had listed his obituary for 2003.
He said he'd talk with me again if I call him mentally.
Would anyone else try this, just meditating until the lights-in-darkness show up, then mentally calling out someone's name who's passed over recently, and see if you get a response?
If the 'veil is lifting', we may keep discovering ways of communicating we didn't know before.

Betson:

Great confirmation. Cheesy

By blinking lights do mean like flashing stars? Sometimes they're white, occasionally they are blue. I see them all the time and know that they come from spirit beings. Some blink brighter than others. You can feel the energy of the bigger ones. Sometimes they'll send mental messages.

I don't believe they always represent the entirety of a spirit. Just part of one.

The other night before I went to sleep I asked about the nature of Jesus Christ. I woke up in the middle of the night from a dream. I turned on my night lamp and grabbed my dream journal and a pen so I could take notes. Then a star flashed that was many times bigger than any flashing star I had seen before. It had much more energy than any other flashing star I had seen before. I felt this powerful divine presence. The though occurred to me, "and people don't believe in the World of spirit. I believe the star came from Jesus. I forgot about my dream notes, put down my dream journal and pen, and turned off my night lamp. I was overcome with more energy than I had ever felt before. It worked on the area behind my head from my throat chakra to my crown chakra. It gave me like an light energy massage. My heart chakra opened up so it felt as if it encircled my entire upper body. I felt lots of reverence, gratitude and love towards the presence that visited me. Ever since the energetic connection between my throat chakra and crown chakra is more alive and more clear, and my heart chakra opens up wider than it did before.

The main message I get from the above is that Jesus can be in as many places as he wants to be.

Thank you both for your interesting posts!
Just yesterday night, when I went to bed, closing my eyes I saw some bright brief flashs of little points of light and thought of recoverer's stars, and if my flashes of lights mean anything, but I'm afraid it's only noise...but I'll pay attention to it.

Hi Goldy,
yes, my bulbs may need changing --- everything else does!  Cheesy
The time on the board is the time in the mountains around Colorado where Bruce lives. Time at my house is 2 hours older/previous, and time on the other (West) coast is one hour later/earlier. (4 for the NAmerican continent.) I think London is about 8 hours earlier than board time.  Where do you live, goldy?

Thank you recover, for sharing your experience--that's wonderful! So the communication can come from various focus levels or states of being on the other side?
Thank you and you spooky for affirming the blinking star experience. If you do try it like it's a phone ringing, spooky, and try talking to whoever's calling,  I hope you'll share the results.

Hi Goldiflocks

Here is a very useful website.  I live in Australia and like to keep up with the time zones in the US where I have lots of friends and need to keep track when I phone them.

Hi Juditha!  I read somewhere (can't remember where, I've read so much!) that different souls are different colors.  That is, according to color, they are at different levels, with blues/indigos/purples being the highest.

Can't remember where I read that..anyone have any idea?

I'm going to watch for the lights..when I go looking for crossed over souls..

I remember reading this in Michael Newton's books - both his books Journey of Souls and Destiny of Souls gives a very good description of soul colours.

Irene, that must be it!  I've got both books and am rereading (not a typo, re-reading) Journey of Souls.

I'm thinking its in the other book, as I haven't come across it yet in the current reading..

"Destiny of Souls" - page 170

I find his books are an invaluable source of information and find myself constantly referring to them.  His books form part of the backbone of our library.

Greetings,
I'm another Michael Newton fan,  but his books went to the bottom of the pile when I got Bruce's and found you all! You keep it all alive  Cheesy
That blinking light didn't show up again but contact with that soul has continued. He told how he died and I've sent out a couple of emails to see if C1 verification of the cause is available. We talked about what happens in his BST/region which is based upon involvement with mysticism, but guess I should wait to get his contact more fully confirmed before reporting.
Many thanks to everyone here for keeping everyone aware that such communication is possible!
