I saw this programme last night it was a true story about this little boy who was being tortued by this demon it started off where this little boy was overheard having a conversation  by his mum who thought it was just an imaginary friend ,so she asked her little boy who his imaginary friends name was and the little boy said he was called MAN ,well she thought nothing of it until her little boys personality changed from a happy child to a very unhappy child he was aggressive as well and thats when his mum decided something was terribly wrong ,so she rang a friend of hers he was a shamen indian he told her their was an evil spirit in the house so he told her to bless the house with sage and sweetgrass and olive oil so she did this and her little boy went back to being a happy child again ,for three months everything was fine and the little boy didnt mention MANso his mum thought MAN had gone ,then one day she heard her little boy haveing a conversation again so she asked him who he was talking to and he said MAN she knew he had returned to torture her son again ,so one night she went in her little boys bedroom and she saw MAN for the first time it was a demon so she rang the shamen again and he told her to bless the house again but this time to be strong with her faith ,so she did this and the demon started laughing demonically at her she was frightened but her faith got her through finally the demon left and her little boy was saved

Some enlightened people say that when you've made
great progress, it's time to take some time out just to beam back Gratitude and Thanks for the positive experiences that you've had.
Not just a prayer or two, but for a week or so, is what I've been told.

Spiritual leaders take retreats, physical explorers take vacations.
However, I'm not sure watching TV shows counts as a time of rest. Even shows based on reality have to be extra dramatic to keep people watching, and the Truth gets warped in the process. You have been gifted to receive spiritual enlightenment more directly than through what some commercial sponsor, director, and actors can do.
