Hi,
Spooky thanks for the clarification on brain waves. It was incorrect of me to say re-programmed because they are not programmed in the first place but in a natural state. I still do believe our brains do hold a key and this why we see the symbolism of the Skull always portrayed under the Cross and many paintings of the wise philosophers in the past holding a skull or having the skull at the feet (the feet symbolising Pisces)
Spooky and Dave your postings are quite remarkable. Please do not think I am an authoritarian on this subject. I am learning as I go along and offer my understanding on this. Also, please excuse my bad language when I said this it is my thoughts; these things should not be controlling people; humans. We are higher than these things.
Pan ... (not Pan the God of the fields; Pan the elementals)
A bit from Astrology on the elementals;
The elements in astrology are the expression on the natural plane of the activity of the four elements. The Gnomes are the earth beings, the Sylphs are the air beings, the Undines are the water beings, and the Salamanders are the fire beings. It is erroneous to call these beings ‘spirits’.
These elementals are expressed in the natural four elements; of which there are five in number, for it is maintained that the four themselves restless, and even in enmity with each other, so that they are bound into a temporary pact (such as is required by the world of material form) by a fifth element. This fifth element maintains the pact between sublunar things, and is called the Quintessence.
And a bit from Mythology;
From 'The voyage of the Argo' Hercules is onboard the Argo ship with Hylas who was his squire. Hercules and Hylas went ashore to find wood. Hercules became thirsty, and he bade Hylas go to the nearest stream and draw water for him. Hylas came to a little woodland pool, shaded by tall trees and fringed by delicate and fragrant flowers. As he bent down to draw water for his pitcher the nymphs who lived in the stream saw him, and were at once fascinated by his beauty, for there never lived a boy handsomer than Hylas. Swiftly they rose from the pool, and gently they took him by the hand, and soothingly they invited him to their underwater grottoes. Their voices like waters murming and leaves rustling lulled Hylas into a will-less slumber, and slowly pulled him down into the embracing waves, which gave him up no more. Hercules sorrowfully lamented this loss for ages.
It is related of Jason and the Argonauts that on their return voyage they experienced other adventures, in one of which only the wondrous melodies of Orpheus saved them from the enchantments of the sirens. (Sirens sea elementals)
We can see here the ancients also had the same experiences as you did Spooky. Every Myth relates to the same event (Man's passage through life) The stories are just told differently with different characters and different places.
The bacteria found in an old ship is interesting; here the elementals are spirit forms and would not produce bacteria.
Well, with no conclusion I'd just like to say be careful, as we read from these Myths, elementals are deceptive, love to seduce and entrap. Also, my pov this is all in the astral world.
What do you think of this in relation to your experience Spooky?
