Hi romain i met my spirit guide running wolf while in circle i could see him while i was meditating ,also two others in the circle saw him standing next to me ,he communicates with me  now ,he has given me lots of advice ,also i have a roman soldier for protection and a beautiful angel called angelina by my side hope this answers your question love deanna .

I met one of my guides while doing "breathwork" a technique for healing. i suddenly found myself in a whole different space and met a shaman with a Grey wolf by his side.
he had a loin cloth on, lots of bears teeth and  claws tied around his wrists and ankles on lenghts of thin leather and he had his hair in medium length knotted clumps.
He said his name was Eagle claw and that the grey wolf was the missing part of me, and he placed the wolf in my heart.
He then promised he would be coming back with and so he did. i feel him now sitting and looking over my shoulder as i write and he is laughing.
anohter guide who calls himself Grey Eagle appeared when I was in bed one night. he has long dark hair and  wears a white fur blanket around his shoulders. the white is beaded and has feathers on it and is so beautiful. On occasion, when I have been ill or emotionally unwell, he has come and put the blanket over me, andhe once ofered to give it to me to keep.
i said no because i was afraid to lose it.
