I will do as you have suggested. Once when I was meditating along time ago, I seen my mother just like in a Black and White photo beckoning me to come closer as she knelt on one knee smiling and moving her hand to tell me me to come closer..I was took back by it all and sat up on my bed, I was very happy to have had a result but should have gone with the flow but I was too overwelmed at the time.

Maybe I will start to meditate again to help me progress. My head tingles most of the time when I am researching on the internet, Just as it is doing now (Smiles ) I believe it could be my Crown Chakra opening. It happens quite a lot and has done so all night, like most nights. It never happens when I am going about my daily business so I feel as if Spirit might be playing a part~ I would really like to think so but I know I am not imagining it.

I will certaintly let you know if anything happens again when I start meditating, which i will do now since I read your reply...

Thank you so much for your advice..BLESS YOU AND DEANNA and I am so pleased you have both come a long way with your Mediumship. Everyone on here are so proud of you.
