Hello all,

I have been unsuccessfully trying to astral project because I have come across somewhat of a road block.  You see, after listening to some brainwave entrainment presets I started to get muscle tremors.  I do not even have to be listening to the presets now for this to occur.  In fact, almost as soon as I lay down on my bed and relax I start to get inundated with tremors.  The tremors occur in my legs, arms and chest.  Has anyone else experienced this?

I sure hope they go away because I have had them for at least a week now and they feel pretty extreme - like your nerves are rapidly firing everywhere and causing small segments of your muslces to involuntarily move.
