I was very sad to hear the news on Monday as a proud Australian myself I can truly say he did alot for conservation and you could tell just from knowing him as a celebrity that he lived life to the fullest.

My strong belief in the afterlife which is based mostly on self education but also on direct experiences in other states of consciousness, as well as a fuller understanding of everything that I am, helps me to better deal with death. I don't relish the time when someone close to me passes but atleast with a kind of faith or knowledge based on afterlife evidence (which this site really helps for!) I am able to accept death as a transition to the afterlife, where contact is still possible with loved ones.

Whenever somebody famous passes on it is quite fascinating to hear the outpouring of emotion for that. It is difficult to deal with but I kind of feel at an advantage to others who have not looked into this. Its very reassuring to hear these contacts.

Having said that, those words from Steve raise another questions. As a typical 'Aussie bloke' from the 'bush', I thought even in spirit he'd use words like 'crikey mate' and 'G'day'!

I am always fascinated to hear how people are doing in the afterlife if accurate information is forthcoming because its very reassuring if it is accurate which I have no reason to believe that its not. I give people the benefit of the doubt even though I do not have the information myself.

Memorial service either next Tuesday/Wednesday at Suncorp Stadium

I wouldn't mind going to this, and would be great if everyone donated a gold coin for Wildlife Warriors upon entry as it would be a large turnout from people wanting to celebrate Steve's life.

I read an article this morning about Steve Irwin's wife being so heart broken by losing her soul mate that she couldn't even address the media.  Steve's father had to make an anouncement yesterday about the public memorial being held for Steve next Wednesday at the Australian Zoo.  I'm so worried about her.  I so wish Steve would contact her via a dream or medium and let her know that he is fine and doing very well.  She is suffering so much.  Has anyone else heard from Steve again about Terri and the children?  His passing to another life has bothered me so much.  I'm not even sure why it has affected me to this degree (except that I too have a strong love for animals).

Steve has said that when his mother passed he was very down for almost 2 years.  Has he been able to see her since his arrival home?  I just don't want Terri (his wife) to grieve for that long (if she only knew he'd be there waiting for her as well).

Thanks so much.
Mel

i tried Monday night our time
we heard the news Monday afternoon at about 3.00pm
about 9 hours afte he passed over, and he seemed concerned about his family but he did go off with his Mother. anyway that was my interpretation, then I heard that the new animal hospital at the zoo was named in memory of his Mother, so maybe that was right.
actually we already booked our flights and had pans to go to the australia Zoo and will still go, but will seem strange for Steve not to be there.
love to all
