Hi Vinny, I'm happy to hear you've ordered this book. Yes, IMHO, it is a good book to start with for getting into the nitty gritty of how Bruce does his workshop. I would however think about reading his first 4 books eventually as they show how he got to the point where he is now, a history of his experiences at The Monroe Institute. He also has CD's that are from an actual workshop which would also be helpful. You will find that exploring the afterlife is so much easier than you think, especially using Bruce's techniques.
