Hi BabyDuck
I call these changes a shift in consciousness. not really my term, but the term of Elias, which is more of that material that you have found on the internet.
some folks interpret the shift according to the bible, which is a lot of symbolic interpretation I don't understand and my path is not religious this life.
what I really believe....and I empathize with you when you ask if you are all alone when you go through the hard times and the depression or phases...you are not alone. I think if you got to know each person here, you would see we all go through it.
what I call it, especially since I arrived on this board is a belief system crash which shifts your consciousness into other areas of expanded awareness. to me, and I hope this doesn't sound negative, life is a series of belief system crashes...just when you think you've done them all..along comes another huge aha moment leading to a crash and a rebuild which turns out to be the best thing that could happen because you gain new eyes to see with. of course, while you're crashing you can't see the positive side of it until it's all over..my pov. heres the positive side...once you're over the crash or the phase as you called it, the next crash is a little easier to take, and so on etc.
and like some of the others, crashes entail learning to find our priorities and if PUL is one of them then we find ourselves losing some ego to accommodate love's entrance where the ego used to be. hopes thats not too poetically right brained
I'm a fan of Gibran. "if love finds u worthy, it will find you, you don't have to look for it."
all that aside, you are worthy and I believe in you and me and everybody to be able to get over the hump. hugs, alysia
