Changes
Aug 8th, 2006 at 8:25pm

I have heard from several sources that the earth is changing....many peoples' vibrations will be increasing and we will experience  a unified spiritual evolvement. I was wondering if we will experience physical  and emotional changes as a result of this experience aswell. When ones' level of awareness is expanding is it normal for "things to get worse before they get better"? If we are  changing old patterns and beliefs......is it normal to go through periods of relapse and mild depression? I have heard that just before the change happens things go a little haywire at first. Sometimes people are moodier and experience emotional mood swings...................One more thing.......I have been exploring and reading many, many articles on the afterlife.....I know my loved ones are there.........I am finding it hard to live in the present moment on earth because the afterlife seems so much more appealing. Now that I know why I am on earth........its as though I am finding it harder to take this life seriously.......and right now I am finding it extremly hard to live in the moment and at times I am even a little cynical........I also find it frustrating that although many people beleive in the afterlife....there are still so many sceptics.........Anyhow......I hope to explore my feelings and try to release them so that I can maintain a more positive state of mind......................Does anybody else out there ever experience these things????..............Is it just a phase? Undecided

Hi baby duck,

I'm so glad you started this thread because I am so interested in this subject. I can't say that I know exactly what the changes are, but I am so very very happy that they are here. I know they are here, as all of us are noticing them. I believe that we are part of a great progression of souls. When we follow their lead, we find our way. When we follow the signs, we see what is Real.

I believe that love is Real. And one day, the great change will come, and love will be the center of all of our lives.

i might be wrong, but to me this seems a bit "Kingdom-of-god-ish" or some kind of variation of "judgement day" (assuming that the theory concerning those who do not accept change is correct). We will have to wait and see Smiley

I have read many variations of the same theme........I am sure some things apply but not all......nonetheless.....a change is taking place and it will be a positve change for the better....thats what I truly beleive....we will become a loving species and we will live from the heart instead of the ego...........

Hi BabyDuck Smiley  I call these changes a shift in consciousness. not really my term, but the term of Elias, which is more of that material that you have found on the internet.

some folks interpret the shift according to the bible, which is a lot of symbolic interpretation I don't understand and my path is not religious this life.

what I really believe....and I empathize with you when you ask if you are all alone when you go through the hard times and the depression or phases...you are not alone. I think if you got to know each person here, you would see we all go through it.

what I call it, especially since I arrived on this board is a belief system crash which shifts your consciousness into other areas of expanded awareness. to me, and I hope this doesn't sound negative, life is a series of belief system crashes...just when you think you've done them all..along comes another huge aha moment leading to a crash and a rebuild which turns out to be the best thing that could happen because you gain new eyes to see with. of course, while you're crashing you can't see the positive side of it until it's all over..my pov. heres the positive side...once you're over the crash or the phase as you called it, the next crash is a little easier to take, and so on etc.
and like some of the others, crashes entail learning to find our priorities and if PUL is one of them then we find ourselves losing some ego to accommodate love's entrance where the ego used to be. hopes thats not too poetically right brained Tongue  I'm a fan of Gibran. "if love finds u worthy, it will find you, you don't have to look for it."

all that aside, you are worthy and I believe in you and me and everybody to be able to get over the hump. hugs, alysia

Like always, an amazing response Chuckles. I'm also a big fan of Kahlil Gibran. Many great ideas within the bindings of his work.

The belief system crashes do get easier after the first one. Unlike human (physical) eyes, spiritual eyes get better with age!  Cool

Alysia:

I really enjoy your "poetically right brained" way with words........I am a little like that myself and I appreciate your style..........I looked up  Elias  on a search engine as I am unfamiliar with "him". I enjoy receiving new material to explore and I trust that he has something worthy to say if you mentioned him in your response. I found your message to be very comforting and uplifting.........just what I needed ....thanks!!!!

I feel that you are a real source of strength and wisdom to many people and you may not even realize it!!!

I found this very interesting website.......the messages are powerful and resonate with my soul........www.jeshua.net

The information gave some clues as to how to prepare for "the changes"..........It all starts with yourself...........

I bet you Kyo would have something interesting to add to this...................thank-you everybody!!

BDuck said: It all starts with yourself...........

I guess that statement sums up getting over humps. I want to thank you for the nice things you said. it really makes me feel good! I consider I have good friends here to share my thoughts with but I don't see myself as having more wisdom than anyone else..its more like just jogging each other's memory that we have the answers inside of us..we just need a little support now and then along the way to remember. and its great to be able to speak freely here.  the internet surely is putting us in touch with websites to cause crashes and shifts ...eh?? its a great age to be living in.

and thank you Cosmic...I find all your threads of great interest to follow..but please, do not call Chuckles amazing or you will give chuckles a fat head. I sometimes have to beat my ego down to size so I can slip through the halls of knowledge and see whats there. sometimes they won't let me in without the bathtub icon,  Smiley

lol, its back!!!!  I meant I have to clean up my aura field if I want to explore other levels of the mind/body/spirit.  well, its nice to be here talking.

hugs, alysia

I have noticed physical and emotional changes along with the changes on deeper levels.

On a physical level, with the changes in the vibration levels, I have noticed a change in certain physical abilities.  One of them is my sense of direction is totally off.  I was always able to "feel" north.  I can't seem to do that anymore, and actually get horrible dizzy spells trying to. (I just use a compass now Wink)

Emotional..yes.  I can feel a weird sensation, a sort of vibration, and then feel a mood swing come on.  Its easier to control, knowing its coming now.

My first belief system crash was the worst.  I was in a tailspin for months after.  After that first one, the rest have been easy Grin  Actually, there have not been any major crashes, just minor adjustments.

I do believe everyone "feels" these changes on some level.  There are days my husband comes in and says something like "everyone out there is crazy!" usually in reference to the way they are driving.  And, there are days that are "different" from the usual traffic congestion..the reactions of the people to it, that is.  Looking back on the day, I can usually see that the warning signs were there, a feeling deep within that "this" day will be one of "those" days.

I've learned to listen to that feeling..makes riding the roller coaster easier, when you know you are getting on one and not just the merry go round again..

Hi Shirley  same here to say the path gets smoother rather than rougher. nowdays when trouble arrives, it used to arrive in 3's, now I tossed out that program! thanks, one's are good enough!  so Isay to meself, self, we already been through this so now we do it again with finesse, so calm down self and consider plan B just in case.

Excellent advice Alysia..I don't think I want it in three's either..no more three's.  One at a time, spread out Grin

I think all these "little" changes we feel are the build up..it can't come all at once, it would leave too many totally fuzzled.
