Lose ideas and emotional attachments that block your energy flow. Ask God and/or your higher self to help you out. Pay attention when they provide you with clues of which ideas and emotional attachments you need to let go of. Along with this try to find ways to be more open to love. Make a list of things that have bothered you throughout your life, and find a way to feel good about them. If you've been living for a while divide your life into stages when you make a list, so you'll be less likely to miss something. We slow down our vibrational rate with our own thoughts and attachments.

It is also good to not put a bunch of junk into your body, but this is less important than dealing with ideas and emotional attachments.

You know, my mom says that when I was a little kid I really had a thing about electricity. She said that one time I plugged an electric fry pan chord into a wall outlet, and sat down on the other end. On another occasion I plugged the same chord in and stuck the other end in my mouth. She said I walked around with my tongue hanging out for a week.

She said that when we'd go to a furnisher store I'd start plugging in all the lamps.

I don't remember the above. I do remember that one time when I was a bit older, I looked in our refrigerator and saw that a light bulb was missing. For whatever reason I felt inclined to stick my finger in the bulbless sockett, and I got a shock. It was quite a surprise.

I'm kind of afraid of electricity now.

Thank you Cosmic Ambitions. It really works, that plus help from your friends in the spirit World. I definitely feel energy vibrating within me more than I used to. Sometimes it's kind of wierd. For example, I can sometimes feel sound waves go through my body. Especially sudden sounds. One time I was meditating, my vibrational rate was really up, a Harley reved up in front of my house, and man oh man!

Iv'e tried electrocution too. when i worked with the horses We had an old electric jug with no lid for warming water to wash their tails and feet in winter,
One day I was waiting impatiently for it to boil and stuck my finger in the jug to see if it was warm yet! lucky for me I had rubber boots!
Now you all know what's wrong with me! the secret is out!

Speaking of vibrations, (nothing to do with electicity!) does anyone feel ley lines?
I have always wondered why I sometimes seem to be feeling earthquakes and ground shaking or just buzzing under my feet an dI was told it is the ley lines.
Given that Diane Cooper says we they are energy portals, i am just wondering if you think this why I feel them? Hopefully it's a good thing
does anyone else have this?

Sometimes, but I live in California.

Seriously, I've never heard of "ley lines."

I have felt energy coming up my legs while meditating. But not too often.

well it worked for Dannion Brinkley..he got fried on the telephone during a storm but the body couldn't take it and he took about a year to heal the body, but he was enlightened after that. so, its true.
I think I'd rather get enlightened a little slower though Shocked

strangely also, I noticed that his relationship with his wife changed and they parted the ways later, as this thinking patterns had changed and hers had remained the same, speculating.

oh hi George..you got some good answers here, so I'd just add that positive thinking and generating a belief, perhaps generating faith, but a belief in humanity to find the good in them, I think that raises your vibrations as well as theirs.

I just got healing touch done on my lower back and the pain has diminished substantially. Also the caring lady that performed this on me held one hand on my lower back and one hand on my upper back. She was re-energizing my spinal column. During this time I felt waves of vibrational energy running up and down my spine. She now wants me to do a full chakra alignment/rejuvination. I feel that this may be a great opportunity to raise my vibrational level. My back feels so solid now for the first time in 4 years, I can only guess what a full chakra rejuvination would feel like!

I used to have lower back, upper back and neck pain.

Found out it was due to locked up emotional/thought energy.

The more I'd clear them up, the more the pain would go away.

I'd feel pain in a part of my body, sit down to meditate, and find that my kundalini was blocked right where the pain was. Once the block was cleared, the pain would go away. This happened over and over again. Spirit beings helped me with the energy work. My lower back is about 95% better, and my upper back and neck almost 100% better.
