Ryan,
Thanks for your post. So far you're one of the only people I've heard about that has had this type of experience.  I read in  Rosalind McNight's first book that she was lifted out of her body on a regular basis when she was doing weekly sessions at TMI.  If you haven't read it go check it out.  Her experiences are quite amazing.  I've had several experinces of being pulled on or lifted by a non-physical someone.  Ordinarily I would resist, but this last time I just relaxed and let go and as a result was able to seperate very easily.  Hopefully, this means I'll be more cooperative in the future since this experience was very positive.

Who knows Ryan,  maybe our helpers are related.
Cheers,
Rick

Hey!

Just wondering, when the helpers helped you did the hands feel physical or i guess the word is Astral? I've had two experiences now, the first the physical and a couple of nights ago in the PE thread I was trying to meet up for our organised PE and ending up flying but not on my own accord, i felt four pressure/hands kind of thing, but they didn't feel like the physical hands, but definatly felt the grip and the shape so i guess these were non-physical hands? It was very light and noticable but only just, I'm pretty sure they were hands. Just wondering what it feels like to you to compare and maybe confirm some doubts i have. Cheers.

I'm glad your ok with working with them now, I wish I had helpers to lift me out every night, that would be a real gift. Thanks for the book suggestion, i will check into that, i love reading about this stuff and from what you said it seems a neat book!

I guess we will have to try and find out who these helpers are one day, they always seem hidden though, I would like to thank them for the help. Oh well maybe soon!

Cheers,

Ryan

Ryan,
To answer your question, Yes the hands felt very "physical" but, of course, they couldn't have been.  In the last experience I felt the presence of arms too.  When I floated out of my body and landed upright I looked around for the person who lifted me out and was very surprised that I didn't see anyone.  I was also very excited to be "out".  Like a kid in a candy store, I immediately went exploring.  Next time I'll try to zero in on the energy signature of the helper and maybe I'll learn a thing or two.

Rosalinds book is called "Cosmic Journeys: My Out-of-Body Explorations with Robert Monroe"

You can find it here:

enjoy,

Ryan I recall now when I started my explorations (mind journeys I call it) and moved a bit further, which was in the TMI system the retrieval zone and beyond, the first times I had the impression of helpers to my left and right slightly behind me, holding me, it was more I knew it than I felt it bodily. Maybe here's a common point of our journeys. This area too was dark, a bit foggy, and I could see little lightdots when I looked down, as if you travel with an aeroplane at night and see the lights of a city. I interpreted this dots as spirits. I concentrated on to be of service for them if I would be of use, and had my first retrieval then. But there are other places with star dots than the retrieval zone- in my roadmap anyway.
