Invitation to do a retrieval
Jun 6th, 2006 at 4:02pm

Would anyone like to do a retrieval via the imagination method with me? this is for people who have read of the retrievals in Bruce's books and have a curiosity about doing one for themselves.

we'll pick a week to do this thread and we can post everything we've "imagined" as a retrieval circumstance. even if its a dream we will accept that also. sign up your name under me if interested.

also would like to enlist Mairlyn and any others who have done retrievals to help with this thread.
I will post a retrieval done by imagination I assume (it sometimes happens in dreams) I'll post it on Saturday sometime. I hope to generate some development for anyone interested. and it can be a self retrieval. generally, a self retrieval can be like a buried memory, but it can be an animal retrieval also or of someone you have not consciously met.

Hi Alysia,
is the time/date when we try it important? And do you think of a kind of partnered retrieval or just a "normal" one of the kind/method Bruce teaches?

Hi lovelies!   Grin  Spooky and Vicky, its kind of iffy what normal means...but yea, the kind of retrievals reported in Bruce's books or in the archives here is just peachy!

the reason I said I'd post mine on Saturday even if I do it sooner, is because that gives us from today to saturday to mull over what kind of retrieval you personally might be good at..as they are all different according to the retrievers..shall we say, character and attributes. if you think about retrievals you send out signals to your guides, and interested parties who see your thoughts..they can tell by your field generated what kind of retrieval you would be good at and be a success for you.
so to answer your question Spooky, we won't limit the time frame that you do this, it can be today or 2 weeks after saturday or next year! lol! just come back and tell us! then the plan in my head (the best laid plans of mice and men are designed to go astray) is that whenever anyone is ready to post about it and share, they do it according to their guidance whether they think it was real or not. as it's not important to concern yourself whether its real when doing the imagination method. later on we'll worry about what is real and whats not.
thats the way I got my training anyway. gee, I haven't done this in so long..I hope I can do an interesting retrieval for y'all. but more important, maybe we can get someone started in that direction who's been wanting to do it.
talking to myself here..even if its a boring retrieval..post it anyway..for all the beginners, the imagination can lead to "real."  so hang in. Its the doorway we enter.
I wouldn't call this partnered exploration Spooky but we don't want to draw limits..if you end up seeing me or any board members or people you know, it could turn out to be a retrieval, you just can't tell at this phase my opinion.
Irene, hello sweetie! been so long since I've heard from you. I'm glad to see you.
talk soon, please feel free to post opinions, instructions, questions, ponderings, anything u wish here and somebody will answer you.

Hi Alysia

Just this week I have been thinking about retrievals and tried one a couple of nights ago using Bruce's CD.  Of course not sure if what I got was imagination - but I'm thinking about it and have recorded it.  So when I saw this post I felt that it was probably to help me along - synchronicity.

Love
Irene

Hi again Irene...  yes, if you have your retrieval recorded save it for posting here in case you don't do a new one. I think theres a group of us meet nightly and that accounts for the synchronization of my post and your retrieval thoughts. this happens a lot, and will be happening more here for those who participate. sure glad you told us about it! hugs, alysia

Allright Alysia, I'll see if I'm in retrieval mood these days, I did one three days before, I thought about if I should write it down here, so your post might be a hint to do it.

possibly you might want to post it here Spooky. I'd like to read it I know. and Mairlyn, I was wondering if you did any retrievals with the recent earthquake in Indonesia? I was considering I might do one there but maybe something else will come up. sorry if you already posted it on the retrieval thread. I haven't been over there for awhile. hugs, alysia

Hi Alysia,

Yes, I did do retrievals after the earthquake and also did a contact with a local woman who just died. It's in the Retrievals forum.

Love, Mairlyn Wink

yes its possible the more you start thinking about doing a retrieval the more u get led in that direction by your own mind..if you know what I'm getting at.

I'll have to go read Mairlyn's retrievals on that thread. we used to talk about retrievals here on this thread, which is the busiest place my opinion. thats why I brought up the subject as more people seem to come to this living room. glad to have you here Cathy; I think you would be a natural. hugs, alysia

Thanks Alysia, would love to give it a go.
Not sure if you  heard about the miners trapped here in Tasmania, but when I "tuned" into them, they were surrounded by a group of people holding hands (Lving I think) and around them were beings of light.
So I am prepared to give it a go
with love

Hi Cathy  I'll never forget how u met me in your dream vision. I often think about it..what u posted is very useful to my C1 consciousness..inspires me actually, so I continue to thank you for your attention to me in this. yes I remember reading about the miner retrieval now and had forgotten that was you. Tongue
that was a good one. perhaps I should let this thread die a natural death...lol...I don't think I will be doing a retrieval as I thought I would. I am in transition and house hunting is taking all my attention. I will post if I'm able to find my house by going obe...I've done this before with good results..just hope I can do it again!

on a side note..last night in a dream a wise chinese fellow said I would be living for 45 more years...or the number could mean I should not ask for a loan on a house above 450,000....well, time will tell just what this wise man meant. hugs, alysia
