Plants and Animals?

What is the general opinion about plants and animals here, do they too have a soul and such?

General concencus seems to be that yes they do, and given that my family has had several cats we have grown attached to and lost over the years I like to believe thats true.

Personally I quite like the idea of experiencing animal life myself, being a cat sounds like fun, eat sleep sleep sleep eat sleep sleep sleep <repeat> Wink

Greetings sven und jen,
This website is so big but somewhere on it spooky tells of his spiritual experience with a tree. Perhaps we can find that thread to recommend to you as a wonderful description of two entities (human and tree) inter-relating.
I now live in an area that has alot of logging trucks go by with huge pines strapped in piles. Something around my heart stops and feels heavy every time such a truck load comes into view. This sensation was a signal to me.---
Now I talk (mentally, not out loud) to the trees and plants around our house. If i told you how much change i see in them the next season related to our 'talks', you'd think me daft.
And so if plants communicate with my spirit, then of course I believe animals do. Our dog is  our first house pet; previous pets lived outside. Barnabey has taught us so much about the spiritual abilities of 'lower' species.
Try clicking back to earlier pages of the Afterlife Knowledge forum and see some of the discussions devoted to animals.
It's a wonderful quest, isn't it?
