What do you call this?
Apr 16th, 2006 at 6:04pm

This is not happening often but it happened at times.  That while I'm in one situation or place.. e.g. talking to people, doing something in the house.  Something is going to happen that I already knew going to happen.

Not sure if I'm describing it right.

Incident: I'm having this conversation with a friend.. then my mind somehow what exactly she is going to say!!!

Incident:  I'm in the house, I can feel that the wind will blow strong from the window (though there's no strong wind yet) and that the vase is going to fall and break.

I seldom experienced those but it is happening at times.  Even my husband says he also experienced the same.  At times.. both of us will suddenly look at each other ... shocked in our face.  Because both of us.. knew or felt that what we just said (he said or I said) is what we know we are going to say or that someone is coming or someone around us is going to say or do things on that very moment.

What do you think it is?

Hi lengbooi, I have that too sometimes, I just say what the other says in the same moment, I knew that he/she is going to say it, big fun and surprise, but not often. Also I have this even on tv, but that may be the tv program is stereotype and always the same...
Don't know what that is, how it works, with persons you could say there is a kind of synchronisation especially when you know the other person very well.

btw does "lengbooi" mean "longbow"?

Hi!

Glad to know that I and my husband aren't alone with those experiences.  We didn't ask our friends here about it nor we don't discuss it with our family as we are wondering whether it's normal or what it is or what about it.

Lengbooi is my part of my names Smiley
b is a initial only but leng and ooi is part of first name and last name.  Not complete names though, just some of it.  It's long so I thought of making it short Cheesy

A-ha! So not longbow. I had this, thinking it over, mostly with my sister, and sometimes with a friend. It's always cool and makes us feel closer. Don't know how common this is, but I guess most people experience this from time to time.

It's just plain old precognition and telepathy.  You guys are psychic intuitives. Happily married people after a couple years very often know what each other are thinking and doing, even though they might be separated by thousands of miles. Same with Mom and kids.

Your abilities are probably normal for everyone in the world who is willing to use them. However, most of us are too busy being "individual" to be willing to sense the feelings of others, or we have other problems, such as having been taught by our less aware parents, "All that is just nonsense. I don't believe in it, so you shouldn't believe in it either."
